Excellent stay in every way
Pros:

Everything about our stay was wonderful. The staff was warm and welcoming and went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. The property was in excellent condition and very clean. If I could I would score it an 11 I would.

Central location, good welcome info with a welcome drink. Very good breakfast. Massive bed, comfortable, spacious room.

Tolle Unterkunft mit Herz und Geschmack
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral im Ort. Es ist ein liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus mit vielen kleinen Details. Wir haben ein größeres Zimmer bekommen! Das Haus liegt etwas zurückgesetzt an der Hauptstraße, wodurch es sehr ruhig ist.
Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und abwechslungsreich: verschiedene Sorten Brot, Eier nach Wunsch, frisch zubereitetes Obst, Käse, Wurst, Smoothie, Müsli etc.
Es gibt sogar Wasserspender für alle Gäste!

Cons:

Der Kaffee schmeckte nach Chlor.

El mejor lugar en Esquel
Pros:

La disposición y amabilidad del personal son extraordinarias y hacen que el huésped se sienta en casa. Las suites son muy confortables, con todo lo necesario para una estancia corta o más prolongada. El desayuno es muy variado y con productos de gran calidad. A ello se suma la cochera cerrada y la excelente ubicación a pasos del centro. Volveremos!

Cons:

No es apto para personas con dificultades de movilidad, ya que hay que subir uno o dos pisos por escalera.

Excelente hospedaje.
Pros:

Muy confortable y amplia la habitación, la atención y amabilidad del personal sobresalientes, con atención muy personalizada; el desayuno muy bueno y completo. Muy bien ubicado, a 200 metros del centro, con estacionamiento propio cerrado. Se siente y se vive como una casa.

Cons:

No tiene ascensor y esto puede representar un problema para personas con algún tipo de dificultad física.

El desayuno excelente, super personalizada la atención, tienen agua disponible en la habitación y dispenser en pasillo para recargar, la habitación muy amplia con heladera.

Cons:

Lo único que mejoraría serían las almohadas, eran o muy blandas o muy duras. Y avisaría en booking que no tiene ascensor por si alguien tiene dificultad para subir escaleras.

Di passaggio durante un viaggio, è stata una piacevole sorpresa.
Pros:

Posizione centrale e facilmente raggiungibile con parcheggio privato.
Colazione fantastica con grandissima scelta. Tutto era molto fresco e di qualità eccellente.
Anche il servizio è stato ottimo. Davvero bravi!
