Das Hotel war schön und gepflegt. Wir hatten ein freundliches und helles Zimmer und eine kleinen wunderbaren Balkon, über den wir uns sehr gefreut haben. Die Betten waren ok und wir haben gut geschlafen. Es war sehr sauber und wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Die Mitarbeiterin am Empfang war sehr freundlich und sympathisch, alles hat reibungslos geklappt. Das Frühstück war auch gut, die Hotelmitarbeiter hatten uns freundlicherweise eine pflanzliche Milchalternative besorgt. Vielen Dank dafür. Vegane Optionen gab es sonst leider keine, darauf war ich jedoch vorbereitet. Es gab Obst und Gemüse und das Brot war sehr lecker und oft sogar noch warm.
Das Hotel bietet einen tollen Ausblick über die Stadt und man ist fußläufig schnell bei den Quellen und in 20 min am Bahnhof. Da wir mit dem Zug angereist sind, hat uns die Lage auf der Anhöhe nicht im Ansatz gestört, für manche Gäste mit PKW dürfte die Lage jedoch eine ganz schöne Herausforderung dargestellt haben.
Das Hotel bietet eine kleine finnische Sauna und ein Schwimmbecken im Haus, welche bei unserem ersten Besuch völlig überfüllt und überlaufen war, so dass wir unverrichteter Dinge wieder gegangen sind. Bei einem weiteren Versuch hatten wir Glück und konnten die Sauna auch nutzen
Das Schwimmbecken hat nach dem Saunagang eine sehr angenehme Temperatur. Handtücher und Laken gab es im Saunabereich sowie Umkleiden und Duschen natürlich.
Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden mit unserer Wahl des Hotels und möchten uns bedanken, für ein paar schöne Tage in Karlovy Vary. Gern empfehle ich dieses charmante Hotel weiter.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit gute Lage
Pros:

Sehr schönes Wellnesshotel, super freundliches Personal und sehr angenehmer Komfort. Das Zimmer war groß und sehr sauber, Minibar gegen Aufpreis, aber nicht teuer. Ausserdem gab es kostenlosen Kaffe, Mineralwasser und einen Safe. Frühstück war reichhaltig und vielfältig. Früstuckszimmer mit sehr schönen Ausblick zur Kirche und der Stadt. Der Spa- Bereich mit vielen Anwendungsmöglichkeiten und versiertem Personal. Das Hotel liegt etwas erhöht, dafür wird man mit einem herrlichen Blick über die Stadt belohnt.

Понравилось нам все!!! Нас было 4 взрослых, двое детей (5 лет, 2 года, 2 собаки ( Лабрадор и Евразиер) Компания большая, приехали мы на своей машине, нам сразу предложили удобную парковку для нашей большой машины. Учли и даже превзошли все наши ожидания, пожелания были жить рядом, на одном этаже, а нам предоставили смежные комнаты, где нашим детям не надо было выходить из номера, это так удобно!!! Большое вам спасибо!!! Комнаты все светлые, вид замечательный, на балконе можно было курить, кафе машина в номере, все очень уютно и очень удобно!!! Мы отмечали Юбилей в Карловых Варах, на рецепшен нам помогла очень приветливая работница Инна, она очень внимательно отнеслась ко всем нашим пожеланиям, и великолепная парковка, комнаты, поздравления за завтраком, отдельное ей спасибо 😍 очень приветливый персонал, любая просьба, быстро реагируют👏🏻.Очень все доброжелательные👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 !!! Завтраки и ужин разнообразные, очень большой выбор, на любой вкус😍 Много нового и вкусного мы попробовали в этом Хотеле, спасибо вам 👏🏻Обязательно приедем к вам еще😍

Что не понравилось…..такого нет🤷🏼‍♀️ единственное, что на второй завтрак, мы остались, без стола, было много людей, тяжело найти стол, для 6 человек, но официанты искали решение, куда нас рассадить🥲 мы сходили за куртками и позавтракали на террасе😍 погода была хорошая 😍 и стол они нам организовали быстро, в течении 5-10 минут. Хочу предупредить людей, что бассейн для детей маленьких - глубокий и вода холодная, даже для меня, взрослого, я не смогла привыкнуть и войти в воду🥲 конечно очень сильно расстроилась, так как расчитывала с внучками провести время в бассейне 🥲 но впечатления у нас остались хорошие, и мы провели очень хорошо время, были все вместе 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 в отличном Хотеле и внимательным и дружелюбным персоналом, спасибо вам большое

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral. Hat einen schönen Ausblick. Uns hat das Zimmer gut gefallen, der Wellnessbereich ist zwar klein, es ist aber alles da. Das Frühstück war gut.

Cons:

Die Anfahrtsstrasse im Ort ist abenteuerlich. Es gibt keine Parkplätze, die Garage teuer.

Wir hatten ein großes Dreibettzimmer mit Vorzimmer. Das Frühstück war sehr gut.

Cons:

Eigenlich keine Kritik, nur Info: Wenn man mit dem Auto anreist, sollte man sich wissen, dass das Hotel an einem sehr steilen Berg liegt (EInbahnstraße). Es gibt wenige Parkplätze, die man reservieren kann. Das hatte bei uns gut geklappt.

Das Zimmer sehr sauber und dem Stil des Hotels entsprechend eingerichtet.
Für einen Kurzurlaub vollkommen ausreichend.
Buffet am Morgen und Abend. Es hat an nichts gefehlt und war auch abwechslungsreich.

Cons:

In der Hotelbeschreibung könnte die Lage (Hanglage) hervorgehoben werden. Hatte den Stellplatz Nummer 4. Bei feuchtem bzw nassem Wetter,durch die Schräglage sehr rutschig und sehr eng zu einparken. Und das zum Preis von 16 Euro pro Tag?
