Le faltaba espacio a la zona de piscina donde dejar las cosas y el tiempo del uso de las instalaciones porque algunas solo abrían de mañana y otras de tarde.

Malerische Umgebung des Hotels
Pros:

Das Personal hat auf meine Bemerkung, ich sei stark gehbehindert, sofort reagiert mit der Mitteilung, das Hotel liege auf einem Hügel und vom Empfang zum Lift sei eine Treppe. Ich nahm an, die Treppe sei kurz, und blieb bei meiner Buchung. Es zeigte sich aber, dass das Hotel nicht "auf einem Hügel", sondern "an einem Hügel" liegt, der Zugang sehr steil, mit welligem altem Kopfsteinpflaster, zum grossen Teil ohne Handlauf, gebaut ist und dass die hoteleigenen Parkplätze weiter oben waren. Es war mir unmöglich, vom Auto aus mit den Stöcken oder mit dem Rollator auch nur einen Schritt gefahrlos zu bewältigen. Da das Personal mein Auto nicht in meinem Auftrag zum Parkplatz bringen wollte oder durfte, musste ich auf den Aufenthalt im Schlosspark verzichten. Das Personal bot mir an, ich solle sofort telefonisch beim Geschäftspartner, bei dem ich bestellt hatte, stornieren. Weder ich noch der Vermittler zwischen mir im Auto und den Empfangsangestellten konnten im Internet eine Telefonnummer finden, und die Leute am Empfangspult hatten auch keine von ihrem Geschäftspartner. Ich fand dann 40km weiter eine Unterkunft. Schade, das Schlossparkhotel sah vielversprechend aus.

Cons:

Kommunikation über das Umfeld des Hotels, das für stark Gehbehinderte schlicht nicht erreichbar ist. Fehlende Telefonnummer des Geschäftspartners des Schlossparkhotels und daraus folgende Unmöglichkeit auf Anspruch der Rückerstattung des schon bezahlten Unterkunftspreises.

Good Breakfast. Very acceptable room. SPA belongings are there. Very quiet place. Good valued Chech cuisine restaurant in close by.

Cons:

Very outdated SPA. To be renovated. Especially Pool. Not the best access for car to the Hotel as very steepy street. Parking spot should be better marked in preliminary booking.
