There was a lot of dust in the room. A leaking toilet that they didn't fix all week. A lot of noise from the corridor - thin walls. The swimming pool and gym are not open in the morning or evening. Only during the day and even then with a break. The breakfast is very poor except for the selection of cakes.

The size of the room, the indoor swimming pool, and being able to watch the horses training.
There is a lot of choice for breakfast, however at times you find that it is not replenished as the morning progresses and so the choice is much reduced.
Getting a coffee during the day is very limited within the hotel, whilst there appears to be a coffee area I have never seen it open.
