Struttura bella, molto pulita ed accogliente
Pros:

Struttura molto pulita ed accogliente, la colazione è molto abbondante e c’è di tutto. A pranzo abbiamo mangiato in hotel e col menù da 35€ abbiamo mangiato davvero molto, le portate erano abbondanti

La piscina era FREDDA, nonostante lo avessimo ripetuto più volte allo staff. Era anche molto SPORCA, si allegano foto. Il letto erano 2 lettini singoli uniti, nonostante avessi fatto richiesta per quello matrimoniale. Tra l’altro scomodissimo il chè mi ha portato un forte mal di schiena. La struttura si trova in CAMPAGNA

Struttura accogliente, cibo buono, massaggio ottimo.

Cons:

Materasso scomodo, zona piscina riscaldata troppo umida e il sistema di aerazione era spento. Ho avuto difficoltà a respirare. Il bar della spa poco fornito, non avevano tisane e succhi di frutta. L’aperitivo era scadente per il prezzo che era.

La camera 42x non è raggiungibile totalmente con l'ascensore, c'è una rampa di scale
l'aria condizionata non è totalmente regolabile dalla camera, mi è stato consigliato alla reception di dormire con la finestra del balcone per escludere l'aria cond.
il WI-FI non funziona quasi mai..
Struttura un pò vecchia.

La pulizia, la manutenzione che era palesemente necessaria in tutta la struttura, la mancanza del personale di salvataggio in piscina ed infine, come già evidenziato in un precedente soggiorno, la fastidiosissima rumorosità delle strutture letto e degli armadi delle camere….peccato perché Eureka ha delle enormi potenzialità..andrebbe curato e manutenuto a fondo..

Ero già stata in questo “Resort” 7 anni fa, e devo dire che da allora ha fatto enormi passi indietro. Per il costo della stanza la struttura è trascurata, la porta si apriva forzandola (suggerito dalla reception), ci hanno dato una camera con un bagno anni 90 con la vasca anziché la stanza scelta su Booking. La colazione di bassa qualità, la receptionist dovrebbe essere un po’ più sorridente ed empatica. Inoltre se si vuol bere qualcosa, dopo la chiusura della piscina, è impossibile.

Soggiorno davvero molto gradito, ottimo per viaggi in famiglia.
Pros:

Struttura bellissima, piscina stupenda, accoglienza e pulizia ottime. Colazione al ristorante interno buonissima .

Cons:

Ristorante esterno disorganizzato, bar piscina con poca scelta per pranzi veloci, sarebbe stato bello inoltre avere la piscina a disposizione già dalle prime ore della mattina.
