ibis Marseille Provence Aéroport

The room was minimal as expected for an airport hotel but the air conditioning did not work. The restaurant was good and staff very helpful

Booked this hotel just because of the distance from airport. And really that is the only good thing about it.
Terrible food, both the Salmon and the Sausage were undercooked. They dressed salad with only some oil to make everything taste the same.

Rooms were dirty. Like a ghetto hotel. Someone maybe looking for something like this, then i Guess it is perfect.!

And on top of it all - ALL I ASKED WAS A SHUTTLE TO AIRPORT. from the very first phone-call to reserving room there. We had to catch the first shuttle to make it in time for our flight. Again that was the only reason to book this hotell and lucky for us we made it….running.
Cause when i met downstairs with others only to find out that we cant get on that very shuttle that we talked about from the first moment. And that we are not reserved on any of the shuttles and the next will be in 30min and is also full already etc.
our flight is already leaving by that time, we opted to run! And we made it.

So. Distance is a 5stars cause we freakin made it. But those unfortunate humans that run this place should take better care of everything.

excellent helpful staff, quiet room

Was very basic rooms are very small and because of rain, airport shuttle was not working so we had to walk to airport the next morning. Yet the Hilton next door shuttle was working.

It was what one would expect from an airport hotel. A place to sleep to make a flight the next day. Room was clean, small and bed comfortable. Shower was dreadfully with variable pressure and changing temperature.

Staff went out of there to find a soccer match on TV for me.

The shuttle experience was a nightmare. Dark night, no help finding out where to even get it. The attitudes were rude. I couldn’t wait to leave

This property has an excellent staff. we were very comfortable at all times. it was clean and accessible. Also, an excellent restaurant

Called Ibis (red) from hotel kiosk at airport. Was told I did not have a reservation although I had confirmation and paid in advance. Was told I had probably had reservation at Ibis budget. Took taxi from airport to Ibus Budget, where they checked central reservations for Ibis. They confirmed my reservation was for Ibis red. Walked over and

So convenient to stay close to the airport before an early morning flight. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Our room was very clean.

Was a great stay

The hotel is a short 10 min walk from arrivals. It is a typical no frills airport hotel with a reasonable pool and restaurant. The rooms are fine but the bathroom was tired and needs to be renovated

Being such a busy hotel within Marseille airport , we didn't expexct such a freincly and professional welcome at reception. In addition , our room was squeaky clean and the gem was the restaurant....with a great choice of quality food served by a most enthusiastic and professional team...our waitress Severine , really created a special moment for us.

The hotel sits pretty close to the airport. But I would not call it walking distance. It is completely fenced and has plenty of parking space. Reception is small and service is quick. They serve breakfast from 4:00am onwards. The room was pretty worn out but clean. Bed not really comfy. Mattress worn out. Bathroom is ok and clean. It can do with a little renovation and a new mattress and some thicker pillows. Other than that it has all you need for a sleep at the airport.

Horrible restaurant but good breakfast

Before going on a cruise, we spent a night in this hotel. In front of the terminal one can call a free shuttle to the hotel, which arrived within minutes. The check in was fast and friendly. The hotel and rooms need some refurbishment, but everything is clean and comfortable. Breakfast was nice, there is a pool and a small park to relax. We also had a very nice dinner in the hotel restaurant. In all, recommended for a short stay close to the airport.
