The lady who cleaned the room was very professional,very helpful, friendly and respectful.....the best in the hotel

The lady who was serving breakfast was very rude,I ask a couple of questions,and she was answering like in a bad mood...very dry..I didn't want to go back to that area..never felt wwlcome

Pros:

La ubicación es muy buena tanto para vehículos particulares como transporte público, teniendo varias opciones para movilizarse. Cerca hay tiendas como Oxxo y D1 para comprar como mani, panadería, bebidas y otras cosas. El personal fue amable y cordial.

Cons:

La electricidad en las habitaciones depende de tener la tarjeta de acceso conectada a un dispositivo, por lo tanto cuando se sale la neverita deja de funcionar y lo que se tenga ahí pierde la cadena de frío. El desayuno incluído es súper básico, solo panes, jugo y bebida caliente, si uno quisiera huevos es por un costo adicional.
