La amabilidad de la recepcionista.

Cons:

Nos asignaron una habitación diferente a la reservada. Al día siguiente nos dimos cuenta de que la puerta estaba dañada y no cerraba correctamente con seguro, lo que representa un problema serio de seguridad. Además, la cama no tenía suficientes cobijas.

La reserva realizada a través de Booking incluía desayuno. Sin embargo, al momento de desayunar nos informaron que el desayuno “incluido” era únicamente tipo continental (café y pan). Cualquier opción adicional como huevos, caldo, arepas u otros alimentos debía pagarse aparte. Esta información no fue clara al momento de hacer la reserva y resulta engañosa.

Para completar la mala experiencia, el día de salida el ascensor estaba dañado y tuvimos que bajar cuatro pisos cargando las maletas.

El personal de este hotel sobre todo el tipo de la cocina es muy grosero- se suponía que incluía desayuno y eso es falso dan un pancito pequeño con un tinto y si uno quiere desayuno de verdad debe pagarlo y eso es una publicidad engañosa

Cons:

Ofrecen desayuno y no lo dan y el de la cocina aunque le repetí buenos días tres veces no respondió y fue grosero además que abren a las 6;30 en punto el restaurante y luego dicen que el desayuno es un pan pequeño con un tinto

No me gustó la actitud de muchos de los empleados, especialmente los de cocina. Me parece que por el valor de la habitación y sobre todo porque incluye desayuno, me desagradó que solo incluyan pan y bebidas para un desayuno continental. No es posible que no incluyan al menos alimentos como huevos. Las camas no son confortables. Me parece que debería al menos incluir agua de cortesía la habitación.
