Excellent hotel suites
Pros:

I love everything about this hotel. will definitely book again. Rooms were cleaned well. Loved the amenities.

Cons:

the room did have a stuffy smell. I did but plug ins to help but room was very clean.

The staff at the front desk, general appearance of the property and the location.

Cons:

Room odor / uncomfortable bed (mattress too hard, Pillows too small and soft)/ only one caffeine regular coffee, the rest decaf in the room on arrival.
When the housekeeping lady was asked for more regular coffee, she had mostly decaf: out of all of the packets that she had on her cart only one was caffeinated.
The mobility closet design didn't allow for the hanging of full length clothes only wheel chair height. The closet should be half wheelchair height and half full length.

Cumple con las funciones básicas y no tiene la calificación de fabuloso como le ponen en booking.

Cons:

El horario del desayuno malo porque inicia a las 6:00 am y termina 9:00 am , la habitación tiene horno de microondas, pero no tiene vajilla, tampoco me gusto la actitud de algunos empleados en el front desk ya que no están dispuestos a aceptar que uno habla un inglés normal y no como ellos quieren para que no les puedas entender. La frazada del sofá cama tenía agujeros, había que tirarla y no ponerla para hacer la cama.

Pros:

La ubicación es muy buena. La habitacion era cómoda y con todo lo necesario. Bien climatizada. No se escuchaba nada de ruido de la calle u otras habitaciones.

Overall, stay was OK a little less than what I normally see at Hampton ends
Pros:

The hotel looked a little dated needed to be refreshed. Carpet was torn between the living space in the bathroom area furniture had scuffs and scratches just looked it.

Great clean hotel with clean facilities and excellent service.
Pros:

Wonderful staff and customer service. Clean rooms and facilities. Breakfast was decent and not the same every day.

Cons:

Location access is a little weird. Its behind a gas station and some restaurants and getting in and out is a little tricky sometimes.
