Categories

Cleanliness
8.2
Rooms were frequently described as clean and well kept; multiple guests praised housekeeping and general cleanliness, though a few mentions of odors and rust/worn bathtub enamel lowered the score slightly.
Service
9.3
Staff and front desk were repeatedly called friendly and helpful; managers resolved reservation hiccups well. A few complaints noted lack of Spanish-speaking staff, but overall service sentiment is strongly positive.
Location
9
Consistently praised as an excellent, convenient location (between Dallas and Fort Worth, near AT&T Stadium, shopping and dining), with multiple guests citing location as a primary positive.
Room Quality
7.6
Rooms and suites described as comfortable and well kept, with comfortable beds; however, recurring issues (minor odors, worn/enamel-peeled or rusty bathtubs, and a bathtub needing renovation) reduce the score.
Amenities
8.4
Pool and free parking were positively noted and amenities are generally adequate; some maintenance issues reported (ice maker appearing dirty, shower/ice machine needing upkeep).
Value for Money
8.6
Not frequently commented on directly in reviews; assigned target overall rating as standard quality for this hotel tier.
Food and Beverage
8.4
Breakfast was repeatedly highlighted as excellent (American-style, varied) and a major plus; a minority of guests reported limited choices or poor breakfast experiences, so sentiment is generally positive with some variance.
Overall Experience
9.3
Many guests reported a great stay, would return or recommend; consistent, comfortable experiences and strong breakfast/service drove a very positive overall impression despite some minor negatives.
