Great service and location, but rooms don't feel like 5 stars.
Pros:

Positive:
• Location: Absolutely perfect, right in the heart of Stockholm.
• Staff: The service was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
• Breakfast: Fantastic! Great selection and the design of the breakfast area is beautiful.
• Cleanliness: Housekeeping did a wonderful job. The room and the large, modern bathroom were spotless.

Cons:

Room Standards: This was the biggest disappointment. The first room we were assigned was very cramped and had a noticeable musty smell. After we asked to change, the second room (facing the inner courtyard) was better and had a proper desk, but it still felt like a solid 3-star hotel rather than a 5-star luxury experience. The contrast between the stunning lobby/restaurant and the rooms is quite significant.

Cons:

I wasn't offered a room despite having a confirmed booking. For a premium hotel that charges more than €300 a night, this is absolutely unacceptable! Never going to book a room in that hotel again, and I travel to Stockholm frequently.

Perfeito para quem valoriza estilo, vida social e localização
Pros:

O átrio (Lounge), espetacular, com tetos altíssimos e uma iluminação dramática. A decoração, epítome do "chic escandinavo" — sóbrio, funcional e elegante. A localização e o bar, com serviço de cocktails excelente e ambiente cosmopolita.

Cons:

A falta de um serviço de chá/café gratuito no quarto.

Pros:

Izvrsno izolirane sobe. Gotovo se ništa ne čuje iz susjednih soba i iz hodnika. Lokacija hotela je top za razgledavanje, a za one koji vole shopping nema bolje. Za doručak ima za svakog po nešto.
