Was able to walk around.. slightly tucked way from ITPL main road’s busy traffic… Good breakfast options

Location is decent and very walkable however the rooms are not Mariott quality. The carpets need changing and rooms need updating.
It’s okay for one night as a stop over but probably not longer…unless one wants a decent easy to reach Whitefield location close to the Sheraton conference center

This hotel is slightly away from the centre but opposite to a major hospital. Stayed there for 6 days as i needed to be next to hospital. The breakfast buffet was outstanding. The carpets are worn out, Electrical points at different places and no single point control. Tiles inside was black and very dull. Swimming pool could not use due to wedding.

Charged for airport collection but taxi didn’t turn up/wasn’t booked by hotel.

Booked return taxi to airport for way home, checked 3x during stay to confirm and … it wasn’t infact booked! On checkout I spotted I had been charged for airport collection and complained, reception did make it right by quickly calling a taxi and paying for return trip to airport after complaining.

Large room with fridge, lots of water provided daily which was good. Dirty/stained towels & sheets, decor was tired.

Great stay

There is ample scope of improvement considering the brand name associated with it. The facilities and room fittings/furniture can be upgraded. The floor carpet has a stale stink and needs up gradation. The washroom drains are very slow (almost clogged) and the toiletries are quite basic. The food buffet layout is average and does not match the high price charged.
Overall: an average experience

I am a returning customer and yesterday the key fob did not work and it was repaired temporarily and it is very random that one key works and the other did not work .

Also today the hot water shower had filter blockage and I had to take bath with cold water .


I like the hotel location and spacious rooms but the condition of certain things have created inconvenience .

I have stayed here earlier and on planning to stay few days .

I need a compensation for the inconvenience items ot wave off one day rent or hotels.com should provide a voucher with at least one stay room rent including taxes

The rooms have an unused unaired smell.
Carpet has large stains.
Tv remote doesn’t work.
Breakfast is bad, not enough choices, bakery items like donuts are very hard, no salt/pepper on the table when serving omelette and host don’t know how to properly seat out guests. The napkins given have a shiny finish, which means they are more decorative than useful.

Fantastic service with a team that upholds the highest standards. Great breakfast buffets, spacious rooms and a decent gym. Truly enjoyed the stay at Aloft!

The property is well maintained. Breakfast buffet was good. The room was exactly how it is shown in the pictures. Initially there were a couple of issues - door wasn't locking from outside, bathroom door not working. Maintenance staff fixed it pretty quick. Overall it was a nice stay.

Old fashioned facility. Though hotel is clean, it certainly needs renovation. Staff is helpful and polite. Dinner food is average. Breakfast was good. Felt Little gloomy at hotel.

Sheets are not clean and saw hairs and stains etc. They charged extra person fee, but there are no extra blanket, towel, pillow etc.

Looked dirty within the property and in rooms especially shower areas. Bed sheets felt like sandpaper, couldnt check me in until 3:15 even though check jn was 12:30. Staff tried hard but it felt like putting lip stick on a pig.

Dark entrance, pool not operational, old hard towels, microscopic bathroom, washbasin outside the washroom

GOOD PROPERTY AND WELL MAINTAINED.
VERY POLITE STAFF AT THE RECEPTION.

Not on par with a 4 star hotel. The ambience was shady. The maintenance was dirty. Food was below par. No Hot water. No timely room service.

Check in was very smooth. Team is very helpful. Ensuring Covid precautions by disinfecting baggage. Overall a good experience

Everything was good but not flexible with pool timings.
