Comfortable and polite
Pros:

Stuff was very helpful in many ways. We had a small problem with heating in the room and got a new one the next day.

Cons:

The breakfast is light and tasty, but it also why I cannot give 10 points. Because even though it’s included in the stay, you need to pay extra for full breakfast (which hasn’t been mentioned), eggs and etc. However, you can still get black coffee, toasts and cereal for free.

Great room, fabulous breakfast and eateries nearby.
Pros:

We very much enjoyed our overnight stay here. From our initial greeting by Amy until we checked out everything was great. Stylish accommodation in a great location. Plenty of places to eat out nearby.
Breakfast was exceptional and we would stay here again without hesitation.

Cons:

Nothing. Everything was fabulous.

A most enjoyable stay
Pros:

The room was very comfortable and the breakfast was excellent, all freshly prepared to order.

Cons:

The car park was a bit tight, but at least the hotel had off street parking

Average but price was good as we were on a deal but would not have wanted to pay more

The size of the room and the location was ok

Cons:

The breakfast was a bit penny pinching - had to ask for pastries first day and second day there were none and another guest was told it would be 30 minutes to cook some more. There was also a lot of swearing from the kitchen on the first day which was a bit disconcerting! The room was very dark and overlooked car park with no privacy if you opened blind. The bathroom was poorly designed with no decent ventilation.

Amazing stay and we will definitely be back!
Pros:

The property was amazing, the staff were lovely and friendly. Our room was great value for money,the bed was extremely comfortable. We noticed that the door locks after 5pm and it made us feel extra safe in the property as well.

How well updated the historic building is, The location, the facilities and the welcoming nature of the staff were all fantastic. It was a very homely place and atmosphere. Very peaceful.

Cons:

Some dust on the curtain rail, the tiled floor in the bathroom was always cold underfoot.

Pros:

Exceptional location and lovely accommodation. Our room was beautifully clean and very comfortable. Both continental and cooked breakfasts were amazing - lots of quality choices. The mini fridge with complimentary water and fresh milk for tea was appreciated. Highly recommended

It was a lovely stay overall
Pros:

It was small and quiet , great location. The breakfast was absolutely lovely, staff were really nice and helpful. The room itself was nice, great amenities.

Cons:

Only thing would have been more comfortable beds. It's only because I have back problems , but didn't sleep the best unfortunately.
