Would definitely stay here again, small independent hotel
Pros:

Lovely staff, lovely room, good location GREAT breakfast :)

Cons:

Parking was a bit tight and I was worried about my car getting damaged as the parking spaces were really tight

Very comfortable stay, excellent staff. Would highly recommend
Pros:

Stone Villa was very comfortable. A good place to relax. The staff were all amazing and very helpful.
The breakfast was from locally sourced items and my husband really enjoyed it. My daughter and i had the Continental breakfast which had a nice selection available. Would definitely recommend.

Cons:

Only downside was limited parking, but we did manage to get a space .

Excellent spot when staying in Chester

A great place to stay for a visit to Chester
Pros:

Room was nice ans comfy , The breakfast was excellent and although we only delt with one staff member she was excellent. It was a nice stroll into the city of about 15 mins . We enjoyed our stay at Stone Villa

Lovely place to stay, with a good 20 mins walk to the walls of Chester
Pros:

The room was lovely, clean and good coffee machine. The receptionist was great, friendly and informative

Cons:

We could hear the guests in the rooms above us.

Need clearer instructions for check in. Need lamp other side of bedroom. Put mirror on wall & loose mirror on dressing table.Shower over bath bit tricky for over 70 year olds!

Pros:

Staff member (Olivia) was very friendly and allowed me to check in early. Lots of options on the large in-room TV. Everything was clean and tidy with a good-sized bathroom. The place is a little way from the town centre - but that is no problem, as you know that before you book.

Cons:

Room was a little cluttered, the bed was a little too firm, and there was a hands-off approach to serving breakfast, whereby it was only when leaving that it became apparent that there was a self-service cereal and drinks area - and it was impossible to ask for ketchup etc while eating the cooked breakfast as no staff were to be found.
