Beautiful B&B Chester
Pros:

Situated in a quiet road about a 15 minute walk to central Chester. We stayed in room 2 on the ground floor which had a super king bed and was beautifully decorated, comfortable and exceptionally clean.

There was plenty of free parking, which is a bonus, lovely breakfast and the staff could not be more friendly and accommodating.

Would 100% stay here again if we visit Chester.

Cons:

Nothing, everything was great.

Over-rated. Poor service.

Quiet setting

Cons:

“Breakfast included” was only continental, with a £9 supplement for anything with eggs. Cold water in shower. Dirty glass in bathroom. Staff were not trained in customer service and no senior staff available.

The breakfast was one of the nicest I have had in any of the hotels I've stayed in the presentation was exceptional the service was first class.
I would stay again it was the best night's sleep I had in ages .

An extremely nice stay in an excellent small and independent hotel.
Pros:

Cosy, excellent location , comfortable, good size room, superb breakfast, very friendly staff.

Cons:

There was some confusion at the first breakfast, as we had booked because of the reviews and inclusive breakfast, however at the breakfast table after ordering our choices we were asked to pay for the cooked breakfast as apparently the terms had altered. I showed the member of staff my booking details on my phone “breakfast included “ this resolved the issue.

I enjoyed my stay. I would recommend and will stay here again.
Pros:

The location was perfect for me.
It was very quiet at night. The room key was left out for me and after hours access was clearly instructed by email which was super efficient. Thank you.

Cons:

Thought the heating could have been left on for longer as I found it chilly.
The options for breakfast were limited. But I was impressed when I requested an omelette which wasn’t listed on the menu.
The bed was comfortable but the pillows were a little uncomfortable.
I expected more for a five star hotel.

Fabulous place in Chester to stay ❤️
Pros:

It was immaculate, my room was so comfortable and clean, it had cool water, fresh milk for tea and coffee in a mini fridge, location was good just short walk to Chester Centre, parking available. Staff ultra friendly and helpful

Slept so well , left revived and refreshed. Hotel is stunning and well maintained overall a fantastic experience.
Pros:

Warm friendly welcome on arrival from Amy. Beautiful spotlessly clean hotel. Modern rooms , Nespresso coffee machine (absolute fave) in our room. Huge bed great night sleep- delicious breakfast.

Cons:

N/A all was excellent.
