We absolutely loved the buildings and the harmony of the stay with the jungle. Price to high for what you get
Pros:

The facility is beautifully built in harmony with the jungle and every room resemble Mayan arts and architecture and such a great way. The water lake in the property is gorgeous, animal/birds at all times.

Cons:

The fact that the pool was never checked at, many amenities were either not functioning or there was no interest from the staff to check on us if we wanted services by the pool. That area was always lonely and things like the pool waterfall , spa, wasn’t really working. It fell abandoned.
The restaurant was again a beautiful architectural piece of art. But the food was average and not very accommodating for allergies. The furniture in the rooms don’t match the outside of the Mayan architecture resemble, they’re mostly random pieces and old. The price doesn’t match this and I was very disappointed if paying so much money for what you actually get to use or enjoy.

An excellent boutique hotel nestled into the surrounding jungle.
Pros:

Fabulous location close to the Palenque Mayan ruins, with rooms dispersed in the jungle in which the property is located, and with resident howler monkeys in the trees above. The pool was great and so was the staff. Excellent food too.

Cons:

Nothing.

Pros:

The hotel is located in beautiful surroundings among an abundance of fauna and flora. The trail to the pool was pleasant.

Unbelievable stay!
Pros:

Supreme stay in this hotel, it is a hotel own by a family who really cares of the clients, just 8 rooms so the service is excellent , wonderful staff and very good cuisine when dinning in the hotel. We also booked a guide tour person advised by the hotel staff: Mildred. She was just perfect with a lot of knowledge and a nice person, she also tailor the tour taking into account your preference. In our case we like trekkings while visiting different iconic places, so she arranged accordingly.
We would book again the same trip in Chiapas!

Everything was excellent.

Ik zou hier zeker nog een keer terug willen komen

Het personeel is zo ontzettend vriendelijk! Erg behulpzaam. Airco deed het niet goed en het werd gelijk geregeld, wij mochten zelfs gebruik maken van een andere suite (luxe suite) de volgende dag was het al gemaakt. Kamers zijn zo ongelofelijk mooi! Erg comfortabel.

Chambre tres bien équipée, Queen suite.

À déconseiller fortement , hôtel très cher , prestation médiocre et pas commercial
Cons:

Boutique hôtel qui n’est pas en fait dans le centre ville
Il est composée que d’une seule chambre donnant sur une rue très sonore.
Pas de double vitrage , donc impossibilité de dormir !

Et en plus , , ayant réservé pour 4 nuits, refus de l’hôtel( pas de manager !) de nous rembourser la quatrième nuit , alors qu’ils l’avaient déjà replacé à un nouveau client !
