Pros:

Wir hatte Glück und haben ein Upgrade bekommen. Die Poolanlage ist außergewöhnlich und sehr schön an einem See gelegen.
Es gibt sehr gutes Essen, alles frisch zubereitet.
Es ist ein kleines Hotel, sehr liebevoll und recht nah zu den Ruinen.

Paradijselijk, hoge kwaliteit op alle vlakken.
Pros:

We waanden ons in het paradijs!
Het huisje, het zwembad, echt fantastisch.
Midden in de natuur, keurig verzorgd allemaal.
De persoonlijke aandacht van de vriendelijkereceptionisten.
En dan de keuken 👌🏼
Het ontbijt was al heerlijk, maar het avondeten was echt uitmuntend!
We hebben 3 weken door Mexico gereisd, nergens slecht gegeten, maar hier was het echt wel een niveautje hoger, een absolute aanrader.

Pros:

Un endroit fabuleux ! L'hôtel est très original et haut de gamme, avec une décoration style maya très réussie, pour une expérience immersive. la cuisine est excellente avec un bon rapport qualité prix, et le personnel très serviable. mention spéciale pour la piscine au milieu d'une forêt luxuriante, avec bassins en cascade et singes hurleurs. Comme il avait peu de clients en cette saison, nous avons été surclassés.

We absolutely loved the buildings and the harmony of the stay with the jungle. Price to high for what you get
Pros:

The facility is beautifully built in harmony with the jungle and every room resemble Mayan arts and architecture and such a great way. The water lake in the property is gorgeous, animal/birds at all times.

Cons:

The fact that the pool was never checked at, many amenities were either not functioning or there was no interest from the staff to check on us if we wanted services by the pool. That area was always lonely and things like the pool waterfall , spa, wasn’t really working. It fell abandoned.
The restaurant was again a beautiful architectural piece of art. But the food was average and not very accommodating for allergies. The furniture in the rooms don’t match the outside of the Mayan architecture resemble, they’re mostly random pieces and old. The price doesn’t match this and I was very disappointed if paying so much money for what you actually get to use or enjoy.

An excellent boutique hotel nestled into the surrounding jungle.
Pros:

Fabulous location close to the Palenque Mayan ruins, with rooms dispersed in the jungle in which the property is located, and with resident howler monkeys in the trees above. The pool was great and so was the staff. Excellent food too.

Unbelievable stay!
Pros:

Supreme stay in this hotel, it is a hotel own by a family who really cares of the clients, just 8 rooms so the service is excellent , wonderful staff and very good cuisine when dinning in the hotel. We also booked a guide tour person advised by the hotel staff: Mildred. She was just perfect with a lot of knowledge and a nice person, she also tailor the tour taking into account your preference. In our case we like trekkings while visiting different iconic places, so she arranged accordingly.
We would book again the same trip in Chiapas!
