Ottimo soggiorno!
Pros:

Abbiamo soggiornato rientrati da Malpensa a tarda notte, dista a 10 minuti e ci si arriva facilmente.
Staff disponibile, camera molto grande e pulita.
Super la colazione, molto abbondante e con prodotti di qualità.

Няма удобен транспорт от и до летището, не ми хареса разположението и локацията на хотела,не е вежлив персонала и не бих посетила отново.

Hotel de qualidade mediana, longe de tudo e com atendimento ruim.
Pros:

Gostei do tamanho do quarto.

Cons:

Não gostei da área de banho, que deixava a água escorrer por todo o banheiro, do ar condicionado, muito fraco e sem possibilidade de controle pelo hóspede, da localização, longe de tudo, e, especialmente do atendimento do rapaz que fez nosso check-in, rude, grosseiro, sem empatia alguma, sem interesse em ajudar o hóspede.

Bad hotel, staff issues
Pros:

It's a place to sleep, close to the airport, with a car park.

Cons:

There is no air conditioning in the room. The room was at 26 C degrees all night. The member of staff marched into the room to "teach me" how to use air con - well, despite their "expertise" the temperature didn't decrease.
Calling this place a 4 star hotel is a massive stretch. The room was not ready for our check in window, electric socket by the bed didn't work, shower doesn't have doors and a water puddle is formed in the bathroom while showering, shower head didn't work...

Le personnel agréable

Cons:

L’absence de la climatisation alors qu’elle figurait sur le descriptif de la chambre. Il faisait 33 degrés ce jour là mais la direction de l’hôtel a décidé que la climatisation ne doit marcher que après le premier juin . Une mauvaise nuit .
