We had been staying at the sister hotel and our flight home got cancelled-we had three extra days!
Pros:

Total ease of getting to Malpensa for an early flight-the staff gave us to-go breakfast bags which was fantastic!

Value for the money and good location near Malpensa Airport
Pros:

Good location, if need a quick access to the Malpensa airport for morning flight. Fair value for the money and stuff was helpful and smiling.
The bed was OK and the room was clean.

Cons:

Could not lower the temperature of the room.
