Pros:

Son unos desconsiderados , por mas que explique que una persona mayor reservo sin darse cuenta ellos se empeñaron en cobrar la totalidad sin usarlo. Y se reservo y 5 min despues llamamos para poder cancelar la reserva ya que se habían hecho dos reservas al mismo tiempo .

Nulla,solo la gentilezza dell’uomo in reception.

Cons:

Stanza claustrofobica,buia e di una sporcizia imbarazzante,il bagno pieno di peli e capelli e polvere ovunque,uno schifo.
Purtroppo siamo atterrati la notte tardi a Malpensa,ci serviva un alloggio a metà strada tra Milano e Bergamo ma avremmo fatto meglio a dormire in macchina;soldi buttati nel cesso che chiaramente non sono nemmeno capaci a pulire.

Pros:

The staff was super friendly, I really enjoyed my time there. Plus, there is a small restaurant in the hotel that is very tasty. The views were nice and it is very close to some important areas like a wonderful spa. Also, if you are lucky you may meet the staff pets and they are wonderful!

Management defectuos!

Locația față de aeroport.

Cons:

In camera temperatura nu a trecut de 18 grade, fiind o noapte foarte friguroasă de ianuarie. A fost frig si plapumele nu erau suficient de groase pentru a suplini lipsa căldurii. Fiica noastră a dormit îmbrăcată.

Cina a fost dezamăgitoare: chelnerul-un băiat fără experiență, stângaci, iar mâncarea fără gust și încropită pe moment. Numai privind cum erau tăiate legumele și aruncate în farfurie, îți pierea pofta de mâncare.

Hotel com instalações novas

Cons:

Banheiro precisa de intervenção para evitar que água escorra da banheira e molhe todo o banheiro. Não é coisa difícil de se fazer e causa muito transtorno para o hóspede, além de ser um risco alguém escorregar no chão molhado e se machucar.
