Pros:

Camera pulita e accogliente . Colazione varia salato/dolce. Staff cortese . Possibilità di pranzare e cenare in hotel .
Vicinanza all'aeroporto di Malpensa (15 minuti circa in auto) .
Vicinanza al lago Maggiore ( circa un'ora per arrivare a Stresa )

Cons:

C'era un problema all'impianto di riscaldamento , sicuramente risolvibile nel giro di pochi giorni .

Cons:

In fase di prenotazione ho sbagliato e scelto una camera economi, errore mio. Nelle foto vomunque non si vede che il letto alla francese da un lato e' posizionato contro il muro.
Una volta in struttura, vista la camera per 20 euro, abbiamo fatto upgrade, e ci hanno dato una camera diversa.
Cuscini durissimi, sistema di ventilazione veramente rumoroso e come se non bastasse un bel capello incastrato nel rubinetto del bidet...uno schifo.
Ero gia' stata in questo albergo e ad esclusione del sistema si ventilazione rumoroso non mi ero trovata così male.
Con la vecchia gestione mi ero trovata meglio, addirittura visto il rumore della ventilazione più forte in alcune stanze, mi avevano spostato in una camera più grande e con meno rumore.

Perfect for the night before/after a flight
Pros:

We stayed for one night before our flight from MXP. The room and the bathroom were spacious, clean and comfortable. Pleasant view of the forest & fields. Parking was easy, and the location was serene. The breakfast buffet was decent for a 1-night stay. We would certainly stay again before an MXP flight.

Cons:

Noise from upstairs and outside the room was audible - not a huge issue however.

Proximité aéroport, pratique pour une nuit, tranquillité.
Pros:

Le déjeuner était bon et varié.
L'aéroport se trouve à proximité sans être dérangé par les avions.
Chambre suffisamment grande et propre.
Grand parking et sécurisé.
Hôtel situé dans un endroit paisible et vert.

Cons:

Le repas du soir semblait des plats préparés et chauffés au micro-onde.
Nous regrettons que le personnel du service ne parle pas l'italien mais que l'anglais.

Albergo molto tranquillo, vicinissimo a Malpensa, l'ideale per chi deve partire presto. Prezzo contenuto.

Cons:

La temperatura della camera era eccessiva (26,6 gradi) e non c'è stato verso di diminuiti.

Pros:

L'hotel si trova in una posizione silenziose la a nostra camera si affacciava davanti ad un lago,silenziosissimo e romantico.
Lo staff è stato molto disponibile e gentile.direi che seppure ci fossero delle cose discutibili sono passate in secondo piano,considerando la disponibilità a risolvere ogni singolo problema si sia presentato .Senza parlare della gentilezza nel porsi da parte del.manager e dtutto lo staff....Rarita di questi tempi .direi ottimo soggiorno .hotel consigliatissimo.!

Se um dia retornar a região, pretendo me hospedar novamente nele e desfrutar mais dos seus serviços.
Pros:

Chegamos tarde e curtimos pouco o hotel. Tínhamos um voo bem cedo. O recepcionista foi muito gentil. Os quartos eram muito confortáveis mas não conseguimos conhecer o hotel em sua totalidade.

Cons:

Não conseguimos tomar café da manha pq saímos antes das 7h da manhã.

The location was great and the room was clean

Cons:

Wi fi don’t work at some parts of the hotel.
No hot water in the shower - it was very hard to convince the lady at the reception that indeed there is a problem , and only a few hour later she told us it was fixed.
