Cons:

Nous n’avions même pas de fenêtre dans notre chambre supplément un radiateur qui était à fond et que nous ne pouvions pas régler. Nous avons eu super chaud et étant donné le manque d’air c’était vraiment désagréable ! Nous nous sentions vraiment étouffer dans la chambre nous n’avons pas du tout apprécier !

I will never go back to stay in this property.
Pros:

The location is the only good in this hotel, next to the staff which are helpful.

Cons:

They put us in the basement room that looks like a storage without ventilation, oops there is a very tiny window that is on top of the wall and it’s on the street level, we can hear everything from outside even if that tiny window is close.
It’s dusty and smelly, you won’t be able to sleep. Good thing that we only stay there for 1 night then we moved to a different hotel.

Pas la chambre sélectionnée premièrement donc obligé de partager toilettes et salle de bain

Cons:

Des crottes de nez sur le mur, fenêtre qui ne se ferme pas, humidité, douches sales…

We were advertised a much nice larger room. I was shocked to see the room. This is booking.com fault. We did not see any images of the room we got when booking and would not have booked the room which we were given

Pros:

Beautiful lobby, a brilliant guy at the reception - he was super warm. The location, and all the coffee I was served while I was at the lobby waiting for my check in time. Given an early check-in when it was possible. The hotel's nothing beyond the usual - infra wise - at Amsterdam but there surely was something different about this place. Loved it. And the music that was played at the lobby was amazing too - every single time I was out there.

Rapport qualité prix déséquilibré. Chambres pas en état pour une location. Question de respect.
Pros:

Chambre sale et en mauvais état. Plafond de salle d’eau moisi et effrité, trous rebouchés grossièrement dans la porte, plinthes arrachées, ampoule d’applique cassée, tv non fonctionnelle, WC sale, tablettes de table de nuit et de bureau sales, chaises très sales. Heureusement, lit propre et comfortable mais aucune insonorisation et beaucoup d’allées et venues nocturnes.Le personnel, très gentil nous a expliqué qu’une grosse rénovation était planifiée en août 2026...

Was heel leuk!
Pros:

Locatie was super, dicht bij alles en makkelijk bereikbaar met openbaar vervoer. Ook een veilige buurt.

Cons:

We hadden een andere kamer verwacht met meer ramen en beter uitzicht voor 100€ voor 1 nachtje.
