Läget var bra och personalen var ändå trevligt.

Cons:

Väldigt lyhört rum. Precis allt hördes från andra rum, korridoren och från gatan. Rummet var också trångt och otrivsamt. Gick inte att sova utan öronproppar.

Staff where great , location great but needs refurb

Beds not great (well worn) and the windows didnt shut completley so you got draughs and noise from the street

Locatie is erg goed, in het centrum dicht bij Centraal.
Medewerkers zijn erg vriendelijke en behulpzaam. Geschikt voor kort verblijf met weinig baggage.
Omdat douche/toilet gedeeld zijn, is het fijn dat de kamer wel een eigen wasbak heeft.

Cons:

Er is geen lift, alleen steile trappen.
Eenpersoonskamers zijn aan de straatkant en dat is erg gehorig, eigenlijk niet te doen met die isolatie. Ik ben van 1e naar de 4e verdieping verhuisd om minder last van het geluid te hebben. Dat scheelde enorm.

DÉSASTREUX, Malheureusement, nous n’avons pas pu aller au terme de notre séjour. La chambre qui nous a été attribuée présentait de graves problèmes d’hygiène et de salubrité. Nous avons notamment constaté la présence de punaises de lit, ainsi que des conditions d’hygiène déplorables : un pommeau de douche fortement rouillé, des traces importantes de moisissure manifestement anciennes et jamais nettoyées, des trous un peu partout dans la pièce, et un état général de la chambre laissant clairement à désirer. L’état des lits était également catastrophique. Les matelas semblaient ne jamais avoir été nettoyés et présentaient des traces visibles particulièrement inquiétantes. Ces éléments sont inacceptables et incompatibles avec les standards minimaux d’hygiène attendus dans un établissement accueillant du public. Le rapport qualité prix n’y était pas du tout, cela était extrêmement chère pour la prestation, c’est inacceptable
