The area is great and very good for getting in and out of the city. My specific room had a balcony area which was nice in the morning.nothing particularly bad happened during my stay.
The room was dirty. There were many parts of the room that were slightly damaged or chipped and is in dire need of a paint. There was a cigarette end on the seat of the balcony and I did ask for it to be moved and it stayed for my 2 nights but that wasn't especially a big deal. The walls were very thin so at night you can definitely hear everything but with your tv on you don't notice it as much. I did buy other bed sheets as I did not feel confident but all in was manageable for a 2 night stay. Could maybe recommend for guys on a weekend trip who wouldn't mind these simple problems but definitely not for couples.

The location was excellent and was very close to the city. The neighborhood was very quiet and safe.
The bathroom is a bit small but manageable.

Era muy caro para lo chica y apretada que era la habitación y el baño, chocábamos con todas las cosas. Estuvimos 3 noches, y ninguna nos cambiaron los vasos que habíamos ocupado y la cama sólo la estiraban.
The location of hotel was a few minutes walk to main stretch of Amsterdam. The staff were polite and friendly, welcoming on arrival.
The rooms were very small, floorboards were very squeaky so you could hear guests entering/exiting all night. The windows were poor at reducing noise (although closed) from outside when people passed by during day or night.
