Location and overall guest experience was ok, but be aware that you might get not what you want

They showcase rooms which are far away from reality. We received room which completely didn’t matched our expectations, but we were able to get a better one.

Buen alojamiento cerca de los museos, con un personal de 10.
Pros:

El personal es muy atento, y la ubicación está muy bien cerca del centro y de la plaza de los museos. La cama es muy cómoda.

Cons:

Nos tocó una habitación en el tercer piso sin ascensor y las escaleras tienen una pendiente importante, el último tramo aún peor, por seguridad casi es mejor bajarlo de espaldas 🤣🤣.

Meget små værelser, vi havde et 4 personers værelse, men kunne ikke gå rundt om sengen og skulle kravle over den ene for at komme over i seng

Great stay here with great facilities and friendly staff! Close to everything in town you’d need! 100% would stay again!
Pros:

The property is in a very nice area of the city, not a far walk to the main park, city centre or tram stops. The property was very comfortable and the staff were very helpful and nice. Great facilities.

Foi boa, voltaria ao hotel.
Pros:

O quarto era bem localizado e tinha uma boa qualidade/preço.

Cons:

Pouca iluminação de noite, notava-se manchas de calcário no chuveiro.

Pros:

El personal muy amable y buena ubicación

Cons:

Habitaciones pequeñas, sin apenas ventilación ya que sólo se puede medio abrir una ventana superior. No hay aire acondicionado y hacía MUCHÍSIMO calor, al menos en la tercera planta. Las almohadas muy malas

Doskonała lokalizacja. Do większości atrakcji OLD CITY Amsterdamu można się dostać spacerkiem. Położenie w bocznej uliczce, Cisza. Mankament to strome schody wewnętrzne. Przemiła obsługa.

Not highly rated - And the ratings are fair
Cons:

No bike storage. Amsterdam/the EU is full of cyclists. Amazing that they had nothing. I spent 20 days in 18 different hotels across the EU prior to the Quentin and every other one had bike parking. Also - our room had broken shower door that appeared to have been that way for a long time. There were no pieces which supports that conclusion. So - was there nobody cleaning the room that would have to fight the door as we did when cleaning? The person at the desk said they would make note for maintenance. Sure it is fixed now! Yeah, no - probably not...
