We booked this hotel specifically because air conditioning was listed, but there was no AC at all. The staff kept lying to us with various excuses while we were practically roasting in the middle of summer—it felt like we were being fried alive! When we asked for a refund so we could move to another hotel, they refused to refund us and told us we were free to leave if we wanted to.
