Pros:

The staff behavior was disappointing. They appeared rude at times and did not seem well-trained or aware of their job responsibilities. Better training and customer service would greatly improve the guest experience

Location and cleanliness.

Cons:

There’s no place to wait in the lobby. It’s always full and to stand and wait until the room was allocated. Had to wait beyond 2 PM for the room to be allotted.

Freundliches Personal, schön renovierte aber kleine Zimmer
Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal, das Essen im "Republic of Noodles" war ausgezeichnet, der Chef ist an unseren Tisch gekommen und fragte nach, wie es uns geschmeckt hat.
Unser Kellner Umesh war sehr zuvorkommend und hat uns wunderbar bedient, auch in der Slounge Bar.

Cons:

Frühstück war ok, aber auch nicht mehr. Das Nachfüllen und Tische abräumen hat nicht so gut funktioniert.
Kleines Zimmer und praktisch keine Möglichkeit Kleider zu versorgen.

The location was convenient.

Cons:

The hotel is decent in all aspects. Though the staff and room service can improve. My biggest pain was the price, I paid 11k for a night which doesn't justify the stay quality. Food can be much better.
