it was great hotel
Pros:

We came to the hotel for 5 night , the room was great, the spa ' the breakfast was exeptional, the service from the stuff was really somthing . We will come back

Lovely, luxurious stay at top notch hotel

Fairly good value for money but the hotel isn’t up to standard anymore

Vom Empfang, Service in der Bar, dem Restaurant Loft, dem Frühstücksservice - es war Alles perfekt. Es ist eine Freude so viele junge Menschen im Service zu erleben und sie zu beobachten, mit welchem Engagement und positiven Einsatz sie für die Gäste im Einsatz sind. Es hat echt Freude bereitet das Wochenende in diesem Hotel verbringen zu dürfen.

Ein Stadthotel wie es sein soll.
Pros:

Die Lage ist gut um zu Fuss zu den Touristen Attraktionen zu kommen. Mit dem Auto kann man direkt in die Tiefgarage ins P3 fahren (ist etwas eng) wo es grosszügige Parkplätze hat. 30€pD
Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind sehr hell, modern und zweckmässig eingerichtet. Der Inhalt in der Minibar ist inklusive.

Cons:

Das Doppelbett war so durchgelegen, dass wir immer zum Rand gerollt und fast herausgefallen sind. 🙃
Sie hatten ein temporäres Problem mit dem Wasser was dazu führte, dass das Spa nicht benutzt werden konnte und im Zimmer nur heisses Wasser floss.
Leider war das Restaurant im OG18 wegen Arbeiten geschlossen.
