un de mes hôtels favori à Vienne, personnel très gentil, vue à couper le souffle
Pros:

superbe vue, personnel très sympa, top petit-déjeuner

Cons:

chambre pas faite à 16 hrs, pas très propre, pas de pression d'eau à la douche, pour la première nuit nous n'avons pas reçu la chambre que j'avais réservée

Πολύ καλές οι εντυπώσεις μας από τις παροχές του δωματίου και του
Pros:

Μας άρεσε πολύ το δωμάτιο το οποίο ήταν καθαρό, άνετο, ευήλιο και σύγχρονο.
Επίσης, η θέα από το ρεστοράν του 18ου ορόφου, το Das Loft, ήταν μοναδική, το δε γεύμα νοστιμότατο !!!

Cons:

Ενώ το δωμάτιο είχε προπληρωθει (στα 225 €) μέσω της πλατφόρμας booking , κατά την άφιξη μας στο ξενοδοχείο, μας ζητήθηκε από τη ρεσεψιονιστ να πληρώσουμε επιπλέον 100 €, ως εγγύηση για την κάρτα μας !! Μετά την έντονη διαμαρτυρία μας για το συμβάν, η ρεσεψιονιστ υποχώρησε απο την απαίτηση της και ισχυρίστηκε ότι όλα ήταν εντάξει !!!!
Αυτό ήταν το μοναδικό, αναπάντεχο συμβάν κατά τη διαμονή μας.
