Besonders positiv aufgefallen mit besonderem Entgegenkommen waren das Personal an der Rezeption und im Loft Restaurant die Frauen Martina, Milena, Laura und Mercedes. Wir haben uns sehr wohl und rundum betreut gefühlt.

Tolle Lage, Essen lecker - wenn auch überteuert. Spa-Bereich enttäuschend.
Pros:

Das Bett war bequem und die Lage super.

Cons:

Der Spa-Bereich war ein Witz. Dampfbad kaputt.
Das Hotel wird so hoch angepriesen aber es ist mehr Schein als Sein.
Das Zimmer wurde nicht immer zufriedenstellend gereinigt.
