Sehr gute Lage die Aussicht ein Traum.

Cons:

Frühstück zu teuer, Sie wollten pro Nacht noch extra 100 Euro für unsere Tochter für das zustellbett. Als ich Sie aufmerksam machte, das bei der Buchung so was nicht ersichtlich ist, mussten wir nicht bezahlen.

Globalement qualité prix emplacement appréciable.
La salle de sport et ses accès Jaccuzi + hammam et un spa avec un service de massage.
La qualité et rapidité de nettoyage de la chambre.
Rooftop avec une belle vue de bons cocktails

Cons:

Le room service ne propose pas un menu assez varié.
Le prix des soins du spa sont un peu trop cher pour un quatre étoiles.

Cons:

Frühstück überlaufen, zu viele externe Frühstücksgäste, Hotelgäste müssen auf Plätze warten, Familien teilweise auf Tische aufgeteilt. Regelmäßig 20 Min gebraucht, bis der erste Café vor mir stand. Das muss anders organisiert werden.

Es gibt bessere Hotels in Europa 😎
Pros:

Beim Frühstück den Ausblick 18 Etage über ganz Wien. Und auch das Frühstück ist sehr lecker und man findet sehr viel was das Herz begehrt 🥰🥰🥰

Cons:

Die Innenraum Beleuchtung im Zimmer ist zum Haare raufen.

Teilweise war das Hotelpersonal viel zu leise redet und man einfach nichts verstehen konnte.

Und noch viel schlimmer in meinen Augen das bei der Check in kein Wort darüber verloren wird. Das die Minnibar inkludiert im Zimmerpreis ist. Und man es erst am Abreisetag gesagt bekommt.

War jetzt beim 2 mal in diesem Hotel enttäuscht gewesen 😞😞😞

Loved everything!

We travelled as a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 small children (2,4) and we had a room on a 15th floor, with the most beautiful view!
We arrived before check in hours and they did their best to accomodate us right away. Hotel is clean, neat and perfectly located, city center well within walking distance so is Prater, metro...
Reception staff aswell as the cleaning ladies and busboy were perfect, stowed our luggage until our flight, very polite and organised.
Definitely our pick for the next visit!
