The Staff Make You Feel At Home!
Pros:

I have stayed at this hotel for a long time and I must say the staff and atmosphere are fantastic! They treat you like a friend and everyone always knows my name!

The service is excellent and the staff friendly and outstanding! This is why I keep going back!

MJ and Ruby at the Bistro always look after me and I never have to tell them my breakfast food order, they already know it! it makes me appreciate the fact that they have a personal interest in my customer satisfaction experience!

This hotel has a group of top notch professionals!

Love this hotel experience!
Pros:

We travel all over Canada and the world and our experience at Courtyard By Marriott West Edmonton is always wonderful! The entire staff at the hotel are exceptional and always go above and beyond for us! Ruby , Sheren and the entire restaurant staff are all so friendly and make us feel like family. Well done! Five stars!

Great stay
Pros:

We've stayed here multiple times. We keep coming back. The service here is second to none. Ruby took care of us in the mornings and Sherin in the evenings. Every single staff member who was working deserves a shout out but especially these two. We were traveling with our 9 month old baby. The staff made us feel like family. Everyone was pleasant and accommodating. Rooms and the pool were clean. Food was good. Thanks for making our trip easy

Pros:

Nothing stood out here, although the food wasn't great. Slightly pricier than expected given the location. Hotel itself was great. But plan to eat and drink elsewhere. I found the eating area/bar area was like a food court setting, lighting was bright, and it's like we all ate together. It was weird. Happy hour menu has room to improve.
