Miglior Hotel di Solden ;-)
Pros:

struttura nel centro abitato di Solden, la palestra (appena ristrutturata) penso sia la migliore che io abbia mai visto nei vari Hotel anche di pari livello.
camera super silenziosa, SPA panoramica e sempre super pulita e in ordine con una vista sulla vallata

Cons:

Tutto bene, ma uno spunto di miglioramento lo darei al servizio ristorante a cena: servirebbe maggiore cura e attenzione (visto il livello dell'Hotel). Ritiro delle posate usate, e cambio dei piatti e velocità di consegna delle portate da rendere più efficiente.

Zweimal hier gewesen, das reicht auch
Pros:

Lage des Hotels war uns bekannt, da wir hier schon einmal waren. Liegt in der Nähe des Aufzugs zur Piste.
Das Buffet beim Frühstück ist ausgezeichnet. Personal im Restaurant bis auf den Restaurantleiter nett. Dieser zeigte unter Stress leider eine gewisse Arroganz.

Cons:

Wir hatten bei der Buchung explizit ein Zimmer mit unverstelltem Blick reserviert. Wir kennen solche Zimmer in dem Haus, da wir bereits schon einmal da waren. Das uns angebotene Zimmer war jedoch nicht mit freiem Blick. Wir baten um Änderung. Es wurde uns dann ein anderes Zimmer angeboten mit Blick auf den Pool, nicht jedoch mit freiem Blick ins Tal wie bestellt. Das war eher enttäuschend, zumal die Preise in diesem Haus unverschämt hoch sind.

Das Abendessen ist gut aber nicht sensationell.

Entspannte, erholsame Tage, soweit man das Hallenschwimmbad ausklammert.

Mega Lage, zum Beispiel gute Anwendung des Ski, Kellers an die Skiverleih und Pflegestation, geräumige, gut arrangieren, der , freundliches, kompetentes Personal, sehr sauber

Cons:

Das Benehmen einiger Gäste im Wellnessbereich, insbesondere im Bereich des Hallenschwimmbades mit Kindern, die sich alles erlauben durften.
