Very dissapointed, as we have always stayed at this Motel, and service has been AWESOME
Pros:

The Staff member in the Restaurant, has been their several years now, and she is Excellent, even remembers what we drink.

Cons:

The Reception was terrible, one staff member in particular has no public skills, and we had asked for a wakeup call and ride to Airport, and that was not recored obviously, as no wakeup call and van was about to drive away without taking us as we were not included on her list, also they never recorded that we were Stay & Park for 3 weeks.

Pros:

Free airport shuttle was great.

Cons:

Cleanliness was ok inside however previous guest must left their hotel in balcony and staff has not picked up and removed it. Bed was ok but prefer a firmer mattress.

Great location, good value, amazing staff.
Pros:

Perfect location next to the airport and the Antarctica Center

Cons:

Stairs leading to our room could have been cleaner. There were many fallen leaves on the steps.

Roomy well located motel
Pros:

Courtesy bus to and from the airport,bar,meals and our ground flor room was big. Location handy for airport and only 15 minutes taxi from Christchurch

Perfect

Comfortable stay, great airport access
Pros:

Comfortable and clean room, great tv and kitchenette. Excellent airport shuttle service.

Cons:

As others have said, it can be a bit loud with people coming and going and the roads. I used my white noise ap and got plenty of sleep.
