You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Pros:

Staff were second to none. Jacquie and Sam were absolutely awesome. They are truly the face of the company. Worth their weight in gold. Definitely stay here again.

A pleasant stay.
Pros:

The room I had was very well appointed and had very good amenities. The shower was excellent and the cooking facilities were all that I needed. The bed was comfortable - apart from being cold and there was a good desk to work from. The location near to the airport and to the venue of our meeting was a significant advantage. The shuttle pick from the airport up was very prompt.

Cons:

I was cold in bed at night. There were no additional blankets in the room and so I had to put on more clothes to be warm enough. There was a heat pump and I used this but it became too hot and airless if I left it on all the time.

Cons:

The $200 bond, for a late night check in and an early check out this is a serious financial inconvenience and seriously it is unnecessary.

Our recent stay
Pros:

We just give reception a call from Christchurch Airport - when we arrive - and the courtesy bus sets off to collect us.
Staff are always friendly and professional and helpful.

Cons:

The restaurant is always open earlier in the afternoon, so we can have an early dinner and get an early night's sleep as we have always flown out first thing in the morning.
