The Airport Gateway Restaurant and bar is open Monday to Friday from 7am till 9pm, room service is also available at no extra charge. (Weekend hours are 7am till 9pm).Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
A deposit may be required at the property.

Sadly could have shown good customer service in reception but did not!!!
Pros:

I loved the pick up. Chris was great.

Cons:

Mix up on rooms but staff tried to put blame on other staff. Good people skills totally lacking. Hated polyester sheets

Gateway, great staff
Pros:

We stayed at the start of our journey, my parents flight was cancelled on their way home and they had the best experience being able to contact Gateway at short notice to stay again. Great service, exceptional staff. Will stay again.

Pros:

By far the most convenient place we stayed on our holiday and we will stay again. Nothing fancy however meets every need. Very comfortable and food is very good. Shuttle bus to airport was also appreciated. Room service was also speedy and service was excellent.
