La habitación, muy pequeña ,el ambiente es para gente de farra, y bullicio,, muy angosto el baño.

Safe hostel with great friendly staff
Pros:

I enjoyed my stay at Llaqta Wasi. The staff is super friendly, the location is fantastic and beds are super comfortable. The bar was really good because they offer different activities in order to meet other travelers and have fun. I highly recommen to stay here in Lima.

Eine reine Katastrophe!

Vorsicht! Finger weg von diesem katastrophalen Hotel! Unbedingt ganz lesen! Ich habe meine Kleider zum Waschen abgegeben. Als ich sie zurückbekommen habe, konnte ich meinen Augen nicht trauen. Alles war verfleckt, da vermutlich Belichmittel verwendet wurde. Völlig unverständlich, da es sich um klassische schwarze (und ein dunkelrotes) Kleidungsstücke handelte, also nichts Aussergewöhnliches. Als ich mit der Rezeptionistin den Wert der Kleider berechnete, habe ich ihr erklärt, dass sie mir den vollen Betrag des Werts der Kleider (plus Kosten für den ungenügenden Waschservice) zurückerstatten müssen. Dies wollte sie nicht tun, bzw. wollte sie mir nicht einmal die Hälfte zurückerstatten. Da ich das nicht akzeptieren wollte, habe ich mit ihr so lange diskutiert, um eine faire Lösung zu finden, bis ich schliesslich meinen Nachtbus für die Weiterreise verpasste. Ich habe extra genügend Zeit für die Rücknahme der Wäsche einberechnet und habe der Dame gesagt, bis wann das Geld auf dem Tisch liegen muss. Also habe ich, weil das Hotel für seine Fehler nicht geradestehen kann, den Bus verpasst und musste eine weitere Nacht in diesem Hotel bleiben, die mir natürlich auch nicht offeriert wurde, obwohl alleine das Hotel für alle (Folge)probleme verantwortlich war. Sie meinte, dass am nächsten Morgen die Frau, die meine Wäsche gewaschen hat, an der Rezeption sei und ich mit ihr mehr bezüglich der Geldrückerstattung rausholen könnte. Doch alles kam ganz anders. Diese Frau behauptete, dass sie gar nicht verantwortlich war für meine Wäsche und schlimmer noch, sie warf mir vor, dass ich sie anlüge und die Kleidung ja schon vorher so hötte aussehen können. (So als ob ich extra Probleme suchen würde, die gar keine sind und dafür extra meinen Nachtbus verpasse und meine Reise auf den Kopf stelle). Auch mit dieser Frau habe ich nach langer Diskussion keine Lösung gefunden, da sie der Überzeugung war, mir nichts auszuzahlen.

Buena ubicación, instalaciones mejorables.
Pros:

La ubicación está muy bien. El personal era muy agradable y atento, siempre queriendo ayudar. Nos facilitaron el pago, la entrada anticipada a la habitación y el traslado.

Cons:

Las toallas estaban lavadas pero tenían bastantes manchas, algunas estaban rotas. En la habitación había unos pequeños bichitos que parecían hormigas (no dejéis comida abierta). Aunque no tuvimos problema, es cierto que la habitación no estaba muy bien insonorizada. Tened en cuenta que no hay ascensor.

Es buen lugar para conseguir amigos e ir de fiesta
Pros:

Esta bien ubicado, a unos 10 min del parque del amor de Miraflores y la zona es segura. El personal es muy amable y puedes hacer fácilmente amigos si tú quieres. Tienen servicio de Lavandería (7 soles x kg) y como 3 opciones de desayuno. Las instalaciones - zonas comunes son bonitas

Cons:

Había un poco de ruido en la noche - madrugada porque varios chicos ingresaban despues de llegar de fiesta y se escucha todo, no a un nivel muy alto pero si se escucha. Igual, creo que varía según la habitación donde estes
