Pros:

I am not a frequent traveler, and for my first time, I am pleased to say it went well. It was an enjoyable experience. I met people with interesting stories. Hostel bem alternativo e gostoso, em geral, para ficar. Equipe com energia boa e atrai um público de hóspedes muito específico, que eu, particularmente, me identifico! Sinuca, piscina e o espaço para descanso eram o charme do Hostel! Gostei bastante! Voltaria com certeza.

Falta de privacidade nas camas, apenas.

Hice la reserva para un grupo de amigos porque yo me quedé en el hotel ya un par veces y nunca tuve problemas, me quedé en habitación privada y habitación compartida, en esta ocasión hubo problemas que a mis amigos les robaron los cigarrillos, sandalias y bloqueador incluso de la mochila, entiendo que son cosas que pueden pasar pero lo malo fue la respuesta del personal, nose quien estaba a cargo esos días porque Jhony que lo conozco estaba de viaje, y bueno el personal respondió de manera poco interesada solo echando la culpa a hospedarse en la opción más económica y que deberían pagar más para estar en una habitación privada, como digo y lo repito es totalmente comprensible que este tipo de cosas puedan pasar porque no se sabe que tipo de huéspedes hay en el hotel, lo que les molesto es el poco interés que le dió el personal, no digo que el personal pague por esto simplemente no tratar mal a los huéspedes diciendo que deberían pagar más, si en esta ocasión eligieron habitación compartida fue por algo y bueno debido a problemas en el camino tuvieron que quedarse más días y extender la estancia porque no conocían otro lugar ya que era su primera vez en Lima y preferían quedarse ahí, lo repito nuevamente mi queja es al personal no digo que deberían tener camaras en las habitaciones o cosas así, simplemente debería existir más empatía hacia los huéspedes en ese tipo de situaciones...

Estancia de lo peor
Pros:

A principio eran amables pero luego se vio la verdadera cara.... Cuando se les dijo de la limpieza de las camas quisieron calmarnos con cambiar de habitación... Pero mi menor niña fue picada con acaros y sufrió de graves lesiones ahora no quieren hacerse responsables.... Lo peor es q se les hace hincapié del asunto y no les importa incluso te hablan mal... Nada de buen servicio y sucias las camas
