Great location and facilities. Very good value for money.
Pros:

Very convenient location to St Paul’s Bay, bus stops, restaurants and the sea front.
To gain access to the property, your give access codes instead of keycards. This was great for me as i didn’t have to worry about misplacing the keycard.
The kitchen facilities had loads of cutlery and tableware so i could make my meals.
I arrived at 9pm and had to self check in which was brilliant as i was able to head straight to my room.
Given a complimentary bottle of water which was great as i wasn’t able to pop to the shop as i arrived so late.
The team check in with your stay and are happy to help with anything.

Cons:

The wifi was a bit slow at times and i had to use my data more often than not.
Everything else was brilliant :)

Az alapfelszereltség rendben volt. Nagy, tágas. Közel vannak a buszok, és a part is.

Az előzetes üzenetváltások tele voltak felesleges információkkal, amikkel rendszeresen bombáztak az utazás előtti hetekben. Majd sürgették az előzetes check-in form kitöltését, pedig bőven volt még idő a kitöltésig (ráadásul már fizetve volt a szállás).

A klíma feláras volt, ami nem volt feltüntetve előre (10€/2-3 óra használatért). Februárban így hideg volt az apartman.

Késő délután érkeztünk, egy úr értetlenkedve nem túl segítőkészen megmutatta, hol a szobánk, és hogyan működnek a zárak. A sok hasznos infó között ez lemaradt 🙃...
Az sem derült ki, hogy a helyszínen kell-e végül bechecholni vagy sem.
Utólag több ecotax-ot számoltak fel, mint kellett volna az ott tartozókodásunkra.

The possibility of double bed.
Good availability of parking spots nearby the house if you walk 10 min

1.There was a general smell all over the building
2. All the stoves looked greasy, had to clean everything before using
3. A/C seems not working in heating mode
4. The code system for entering the apartment, even if is a good idea, is executed in a bad way: the buttons are very small and the code very lomg, so if you mistake (and is easy considering the very small buttons) you have to start from beginning.
5. The apartment are not properly acoustic insulated. I was hearing a lot of noises from other apartment.
6. Some bulbs were not working, like the main one on the bed.
7. Overall cleaning doesn't look the best, i found a lot of dirty spots
8. The bed sheet were small, with the resul that in some moments i was sleeping on the matress instead.
10. Definitively not recommend if you are more than 2, the space is very small.

Pros:

The location is perfect. It's walking distance to the coast, to the bus stops and to the seafood shop that we liked in the area. We lived like a local. The host was friendly and upgraded our room for us for free.

Cons:

The tap in the kitchen was really stiff. The hob was very sensitive that once you finished using any ring, you had to wait for it to cool down before you could use any ring.

Pros:

Apartament czysty i przestronny. Na kilkudniowy pobyt bylo wszystko co potrzeba, tzn. lodówka, mikrofalówka, naczynia, żelazko. W pokoju dość chłodno, ale są dodatkowe koce, dzięki którym nie trzeba się dogrzewać. W okolicy sklepy, gdzie można kupić wszystko, czego potrzebujemy. Niedaleko przystanki komunikacji publicznej. Do morza 10 minut. Bardzo dobra cena.

Cons:

Niestety, pokój bardzo akustyczny, co bylo uciążliwe przy głośnych sąsiadach, nie respektujących ciszy nocnej. Słychać każde słowo z korytarza i zza ściany. Dość głośna lodówka. W ofercie napisano, że jest ekspres do kawy, a okazało się, że jest to tylko zaparzacz. Okolica mało przyjemna. Wkoło budowy i remonty. Nie działają wszystkie gniazdka. Przydałaby się choć mała suszarka, ponieważ nie ma gdzie powiesić mokrych ręczników.

Przestronny i czysty apartament, wygodne łóżka, dobrze zaopatrzony aneks kuchenny, czysta i wygodna łazienka. Dwa gniazda elektryczne w standardzie EU nam wystarczały.
Miła rozmowa z gospodarzem obiektu.

Pros:

Hôtel bruyant, on a entendu les voisins du dessus toutes les nuits ainsi que les bruits de la rue.
Impossible de voir du personnel de l'hôtel pour régler certains soucis quand nous partons tôt et rentrons tard en excursion.
Pas de chauffage, non mentionné dans le descriptif, le coffre-fort numérique était bloqué, il faut demander une clef, non mentionné dans le descriptif.
Impossible d'utiliser la télévision, malgré une vidéo explicative très mal réalisée.
Obligé de verser une caution pour avoir une cafetière ? Pourquoi pas pour le reste du matériel se trouvant dans la chambre ?
Ménage non effectué et serviettes non changées pendant une semaine entière, elles ne séchaient pas, étant donné qu’il n’y avait pas de chauffage.
Les adaptateurs internationaux pour les prises n’étaient pas présents comme il est vu dans une vidéo, dans un tiroir, lors de la présentation des chambres.
Housse de couette tachée à plusieurs endroits, inadmissible, rideaux sentant la poussière.
Vue sur les immeubles d’en face, environnement de l'hôtel limite en termes de sécurité.
Travaux dans l'hôtel dès 7h30 du matin.
Concernant les places de parking, il y en a très peu avec des bandes blanches et de ce fait elles sont toutes prises le soir lorsque vous rentrez, les bandes jaunes et rouge sont pratiquement effacées et ne se voyaient plus la nuit, résultat 1 PV.
Reçu un message nous précisant qu'ils avaient retiré une couette pendant notre absence pour un autre appartement, sans nous demander notre avis, alors qu'il n'y a pas de chauffage.
Tous les avis positifs qui ressortent dans l'évaluation de cet hôtel ne sont pas conformes à la réalité. On se demande qui émet ces derniers ?
Pour résumer, passez votre chemin, fuyez cet hôtel.
Bilan de cette semaine, nous avons dû changer d'hôtel pour terminer notre séjour dans de bien meilleures conditions.
