Problème avec les prises qui ne fonctionnaient pas et pas d’eau chaude

À ça on rajoute un coup de stress parce que j’étais censée m’enregistrer en ligne avant midi, et je ne le savais pas, et j’ai été menacée de ne pas pouvoir accéder au logement si je le faisais pas avant midi, donc un peu compliqué à gérer quand le lien ne fonctionnait pas et on est sur un séjour avec une mauvaise connexion Internet, des transferts à faire en même temps et un impératif horaire dont dépend notre nuit du soir ..

L'emplacement est vraiment magnifique, nous etions pas loin de la plage,
Il y a un restaurant à côté de l'hotel qui est juste exceclent et le personnel très gentil
Vraiment je recommande

Good but not perfect

central location. modern and spacious apartment.
price ok

Cons:

AC was not working. on site i was told that you have to book and pay extra for it.
I am coming to malta since 15 years and that was a really poor experience. even my maltese friends were wondering about it. If this your standard procedure you have to make it more transparent and clear during the booking process.
wifi was not stable and smart options on the tv did not work
on my arrival i found several old black hair in the shower so the cleaning should be more careful

Disappointing
Pros:

It was a big room & the staff were nice

Cons:

There was drilling every morning at 8am the whole time we were there! It was so bad I had to put my noise cancelling headphones on to be able to sleep through it!

We also got told that the aircon was not included in the fee we paid & we would have to pay extra for aircon & top it up - so we only had a fan which made the room very hot

The pictures showed big balconies and we got the tiniest balcony and could see everyone else had the same - so not sure if the pictures match.

The bathroom wasn’t very clean & the window in the bathroom couldn’t open as it seemed like it opened into the restaurants kitchen or just above it
I don’t feel that it matched the pictures

Really great location, close to the beach & port, very nice studio

Cons:

Construction works going on made it hard to sleep as was woken up however was aware of this before booking so not the fault of the property

Pros:

La chambre d’hôtel était bien la literie confortable la cuisine fonctionnel et salle de douche bien

Cons:

Dans un hôtel comme le vôtre qu’il n’y a pas une goutte de savon pour se laver les mains (la base de l’hygiène) inadmissible que la climatisation est en option
qu’il y a une invasion de fourmis et sur la porte d’entrée il avait quelques choses qui avait coulé
Franchement je suis très déçu

Great location and facilities. Very good value for money.
Pros:

Very convenient location to St Paul’s Bay, bus stops, restaurants and the sea front.
To gain access to the property, your given access codes instead of keycards which was great for me as i didn’t have to worry about misplacing the keycard.
The kitchen facilities had loads of cutlery and tableware so i could make my meals.
I arrived at 9pm and had to self check in which was brilliant as i was able to head straight to my room.
Given a complimentary bottle of water which was great as i wasn’t able to pop to the shop as i arrived so late.
The team check in with your stay and are happy to help with anything.

Cons:

The wifi was a bit slow at times and i had to use my data more often than not.
Everything else was brilliant :)
