Great base location for Amsterdam sightseeing
Pros:

Well communicated before arrival and very friendly staff onsite, room was minimal but ideal location for a base to explore Amsterdam with tram stop and canal tour stop just a couple of mins away

Cons:

Just a feature of Amsterdam I guess but the stairs up to the room were very narrow and steep so not the easiest to navigate with a suitcase. That aside all good.

Belle ville mais très déçu par l'hotel

L’hôtel est très bien situé et le personnel d'accueil est sympathique.

Cons:

La dimension de la chambre était inférieure à celle annoncée (difficulté pour ouvrir sa valise par exemple). La salle de bain vétuste est très petite , notamment le WC est situé sous le lavabo. De plus le sèche cheveux était hors d'usage et dangereux dû au fil coupé et à la résistance qui fumait, celui ci aurait mérité d'être retiré surtout qu'un sèche cheveux avait néanmoins été ajouté dans la chambre. La chambre est très mal insonorisée. Le ménage pendant quatre jours s'est limité au changement de serviette, aucun nettoyage.
