Location is amazing, walking distance to all main tourist attractions in St Petersburg. Metro Station M2 Nevsky Prospekt. Travelling from the airport to the hotel is very convenient. The staff are very friendly and accomodating. I will surely come back and stay here everytime I visit St Petersburg.

The hotel was just in good location near church of spilled blood but not in the best part of the neighborhood. Buildings were a little run down though the room was clean.

Quiet hotel just a few blocks from Spilt Blood. Friendly, helpful staff. Good breakfast. Would recommend.

Great hotel in a great location. Wonderful breakfast for 400 rubles. Our room had no view but shouldn't have for the price. Our one complaint was the bathroom with the slight sewer smell.

This is a clean, comfortable and well-priced hotel in an excellent location. The staff were friendly and helped with bookings and recommendations. This is not a luxury hotel, but has everything you need, including free Wi-Fi (except tea/coffee making facilities in the room). Highly recommended.

Loved staying here and will go back. Very comfortable beds, great breakfast buffet with a view. Terrific location in the city, but off the beaten path enough to be quiet. In short, I have found my St Petersburg hotel!

Convenient location in walking distance to all city sights. Hotel is clean, quiet, and staff are friendly and very helpful, though you may find the room may feel small depending on what you're used to.
Staff were very accommodating in holding my bags for me bother before and after my staff, and arranged an airport transfer with no fuss.
I will stay here again and recommend to friends.

Nice hotel, nice staff, reception people very helpful. Room was always clean. Everything was great, except one weird accident in their restaurant! Bartender Michael was probably having bad morning. Because hotel do not provide coffee
makers in the rooms we have to use their restaurant coffee machine. According to Michael we could not use it . His attitude was unacceptable! He raises his voices and started to argue with customers twice older than him!!!!! Management should teach their staff how to behave with valuable customers! Next day he apologise, but he already ruined our stay!

Like the title states, decent hotel, but the staff went out of their way in many ways. In particular, Julia at the front desk was perhaps one of the most helpful hotel employees I've ever met. She was amazing. Would stay here again based on that alone.

If you are not looking for luxury and hot and busy place this hotel is just perfect: clean, comfortable, located in 5 min walk from everything. It is also in style of real St. Pete in case you are concerned. Will definitely stay again there.

Surprised that this hotel has good ratings. Standards must be low or these ratings must be inflated.

Good:
- location
- somewhat clean
- good email responses

Bad:
- mosquito in room - got bitten 10 times. Reported to front desk. They were rude about it.
- rude nighttime lady receptionist
- low water pressure
- thin blanket
- heater doesn't work - cold inside room made it hard to sleep

A lovely little hotel. Perfect location, about 1/3 mile from The Church of the Savior on Spilled Blood and about ¾ mile from Hermitage. Staff very helpful and speak fluent English. Reception will call a taxi, make a restaurant reservation or answer any question you may have, all with big smile. Rooms are decent size, clean with comfortable beds. Excellent housekeeping. Restaurant offers a good selection, made-to-order dishes and offers a beautiful view of The Church of the Savior on Spilled Blood. If we ever have a chance to visit Sankt - Petersburg again, 3Mosta will be our first and only choice.

Could not have been happier with my stay. Close to most main attractions.

Great location - walking distance to all major landmarks, including Palace Square and Church of the Savior on the Spilled Blood. All staff spoke English and assisted with taxis when necessary. My only (minor) complaint is about room amenities. Be prepared to bring your own shampoo, conditioner, and lotion.
