Ligging en de kamer
De airco was kapot waardoor het 23 graden was in de kamer met geen mogelijkheid de temperatuur naar beneden te krijgen.
Posizione ottima per raggiungere il centro e l’aeroporto.
Il fatto che non ci sia un bagno, ma doccia a vista e wc con vetro oscurato potrebbe non piacere a tutti. Non ci andrei se non col proprio partner.
O hotel é bem localizado, pois fica perto de uma linha de Traim, logo, acesso fácil às principais atrações. O quarto é bem funcional para um casal, mas não é o adequado caso vá com filhos.
O banho tem que ser muito rápido, pois o box transborda e alaga o quarto.

When I arrived to check in, I was informed that my booking had been cancelled because I had missed the stated check-in deadline by approximately one hour. I was then told I would need to pay double to secure the room again. This was extremely distressing, particularly as I had just completed 12 hours of travel and was in a new country without alternative accommodation options readily available.
What was especially concerning was that I had already paid in full for a 7-day stay. I was not contacted by phone or email to notify me that my booking would be cancelled if I did not arrive by a specific time. Losing a fully paid booking after missing the check-in window by one hour felt disproportionate and unexpected.
Thankfully, the situation was ultimately resolved by the manager, and I was offered complimentary drinks for the inconvenience, which I appreciated. I would also like to highlight that the staff were generally kind and professional throughout the stay. In particular, Stef was amazing - she was a great host and made a positive difference during what had initially been a very stressful experience.
I hope this feedback can help review how check-in policies are communicated and handled, especially for guests arriving after long international travel. Clearer communication or a courtesy call before cancelling a fully paid booking would greatly improve the guest experience.

I chose the hotel because of the bikes advertised so it was not very cool to discover there were none. It gave the property the extra i was looking for and it not being there was a real pain in the ass .
The rooms in New York citizen are also nicer and more spacious
