La posizione nel cuore del Patrimonio UNESCO , in ambienti ristrutturati con sobria eleganza.
Il silenzio è la vista straordinaria.
Il personale, disponibile professionale con una menzione particolare per la squisita e discreta presenza del bravo ONOFRIO.
Ci ha accolti come ospiti di riguardo facendoci sentire come a casa.
Sempre premuroso e disponibile, prodigandosi per risolverci un piccolo problema che avevamo avuto con la nostra autovettura.
Colazione eccezionale dal dolce al salato. Succhi e spremute di svariati gusti.
Vasta scelta di formaggi di produzione locale salumi, frittate, e poi torte alla frutta, brioche e deliziosi lievitati di ogni genere.
Proposte di frutta fresca di ottima qualità e varietà. Personale di sala gentilissimo
Unico rammarico non avere previsto una permanenza più lunga

Établissement calme et bien situé. Le personnel est agréable et à l’écoute des demandes. Choix varié et excellente qualité des produits proposés au petit déjeuner.

Nicely done up and had good facilities , great b location and good breakfast. Staff are super friendly.

the rooms was a cave setup , despite the dehumidifier and a/c , fan the musty smell hung around.

Matera è meravigliosa
Pros:

Mi è piaciuta la posizione dell' hotel: una vista meravigliosa sul canyon e un' atmosfera di pace ma al tempo stesso a un passo dal centro. Inoltre lo staff veramente gentile, ti fa sentire a casa e offre un comodissimo servizio shuttle dal parcheggio fuori dalla ZTL. La camera bella e fresca e la colazione ottima.

Esperienza eccellente sotto ogni punto di vista! Fin dal nostro arrivo è stato tutto perfetto: ci sono venuti a prendere al parcheggio con la navetta e ci hanno accompagnato direttamente alla struttura, un servizio davvero comodo e molto apprezzato.

Il check-in è stato rapido e il personale si è dimostrato estremamente gentile, disponibile e professionale. La camera era assolutamente magnifica, curata nei minimi dettagli. L'unico piccolo appunto riguarda una lieve umidità, ma è un aspetto facilmente comprensibile e prevedibile considerando la particolare posizione della struttura.

Per il resto, nulla da dire: posizione spettacolare, personale impeccabile e colazione ottima, con un'ampia scelta di prodotti. Se dovessimo tornare in zona, sceglieremmo senza alcun dubbio questa struttura. Consigliatissima!

The hospitality of everyone who worked at the hotel was unmatched and breakfast was amazing.
Pros:

Beautiful hotel overlooking the canyon. The staff/owners went above and beyond to make our stay great from the amazing breakfast to picking us up from the parking area and showing myself and my family around the old town before taking us to the hotel. The rooms are gorgeous, photos don’t do justice. I highly recommend booking here
