Rude staff from the housekeeping to the receptionist housekeeping named yousef telling us if you dont like it leave , were asking for the manager from the receptionist and he refused to call the manager talking to us with a really loud tone and very unprofessional while smoking in the lobby and im still waiting for my change from yesterday

I checked in to the hotel on the 6th of November 2022 and checked out on the 11th of November as per my reservation and paid for the stay in advance.

I was informed by the hotel on check out that I have to pay for an extra night as they advised that its based on days.

due to my flight time I paid after trying to explain and showing them that I entered Jordan on the 6th of November and now its 2 pm on the 11th that's five nights as per my booking* I requested a late check out wich was fine with them

they Need to be educated on the difference between nights and days.

The rooms are dusty the complimentary water is only on the first day

There are hardly power outlets one in the living room none in the bedroom.

It was basic just to stay in but charging for am extra night because they count the days is unacceptable.

Despite having just been cleaned, the floors were covered in dust and dirt. A few ants were crawling around. The bathroom was dirty. There was hair and dirt on the bed. There was a fly in the room when we went in. We asked for the floor to be re-cleaned, however it remained dirty and dusty. We asked for the bed to be re-made with clean sheets, but we returned to find our request had been ignored and forgotten. The room was clearly un-sanitized. Given the current circumstances with the pandemic, this was a problem. There were huge chunks of dust under the bed - who knows the last time that was cleaned?

Mi vuelo llegaba con tiempo para antes de las 11:30 que fue el horario límite que compartieron para el check in, sin embargo nos detuvieron mucho tiempo en el chequeo del pasaporte, nos pasaron con unos oficiales y demás, por lo que intente comunicarme con el hotel por teléfono para avisar el inconveniente, nunca me respondieron, después de mucho tiempo, por fin logramos salir, cambiamos dinero y compré un sim Jordan, estuve marcando al hotel y tampoco me respondieron, llegamos al hotel poco antes de las 12 y estaba cerrado, estuvimos casi 1 hora fuera tocando y esperando ver si alguien pasaba desde el cristal, marcando nuevamente y nada, tuvimos que buscar otro alojamiento casi a la 1 am, jamás se comunicaron, no enviaron msj ni por la app ni al número que deje registrado, jamás me había pasado algo así, pésimo.

First of all, it’s far from everything.

It’s not Suites, it’s rooms.
The beds were hard. Pillows were okay. The room and bathroom was clean though.

It offers complimentary water and slippers, but you have to ask, as it is not left in the room. When we asked for slippers, the guy at reception was reluctant and only gave one pair, even though we were two!

The door that says gym & business centre actually leads to the stairs, which is misleading. There is NO gym, and the ‘business centre’ is merely a chair and a desk, with a couch or two in the corridor on one of the floors.

The hotel reeks of smoke, and somehow the smoke finds it’s way through the vents and into the room. Our clothes actually ended up smelling like smoke.

Breakfast was not good at all. No fresh fruit or fresh juice. The only positive side was the Indian chef at breakfast, on our second last day;(cannot recall his name) who was not on duty over the weekend. He was professional and eager to assist.

It was not worth the money and after reading all the positive reviews, I had high expectations but I was left with disappointment.

Checked in at another 3 star, for less and it was superb! Everything was better!

The general ambiance is great! The rooms are clean and staff are friendly

Very clean, super nice and friendly staff, good breakfast and very very flexible check in time (we arrived super late in the night).
They also have a parking which is important in Amman. The hotel is a bit outskirt so you will need a car

Property was ok. Rooms were clean. If you are on a budget; this works well; amount of space is sufficient. The area is apparently a high valued area as there is a Four Seasons across the street, a Sheraton on the Corner, a Fairmont on the other corner, and a Brand new Ritz-Carlton being constructed next door.

The room was not well prepared;it was very cold,they should warm it before few hours at least!
Breakfast was poor
Location was inconvenient (they can’t do any thing of course!)

This hotel is a little worn out. It definitely needs some updating. We had to switch rooms twice because the heater was not working in the room. I would not recommend this hotel.

Very nice and comfortable hotel. Good location surrounded many hotels. All employees is very nice and polite and willing to help. Chef Shukri and Ihassan make excellent breakfast. Tasty food and excellent cake's. Recommended

I’ve been there for the first time , it’s a different country for me , I mis say Amman it’s wonderful and all the states around.
This hotel it’s comfortable , clean nice view of the hood around, I remember the staff I’m Mexican so it’s difficult to find an answer with different culture , this guys at front desks (sorry I don’t remember their names) they are very professional and servicios I feel comfortable with them and his great service. They helped me to go to Aqaba then Petra and another beautiful places like Dead Sea or the king road. The word thing Is that ive to paid for the WiFi, Isn’t fancy, it’s perfect to rest .. like home

We stayed there for 5 days for attending a conference in Amman. It was 4 of us. It is located in a nice area and the place was nice and staff we’re helpful
The cleaning staff were quite professional, they did a good job and we never had a problem
The breakfast buffet was nice. The chef and his team were really good
All in all, it was a good bargain and our experience was a positive one.

We booked a 2 bedroom apartment at Crystal Suites. The rooms were clean and tidy, the living room was cozy and the bathrooms were very neat and well kept. The staff are friendly and paid attention to details. We informed the receptionist that we want to have an early breakfast the next morning and he arranged with the chef to serve us breakfast one hour earlier than their usual serving time. Its in a quiet area and close to many restaurants, accessible to taxis as well. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Amman.

Poor accommodation... internet of bad quality. Instant coffee. No cereals and waiting staff were not friendly. It tool a very long time for hot water to come through to shower in the morning . The hotel charged us 40 dinars to collect us from the airport when in fact taxis are way cheaper than this. Avoid by all means.

The room is clean, but only down side is that our window is faced to the main road. There were too many traffic in the whole night that made me can not sleep.

The service they offer is inconsistent with their claims. My partner and I could not use their WiFi to conduct our business the very first night of arrival. They claim their WiFi has limited bandwidth capacity. What hotel in the 21st century doesn’t have the infrastructure to facilitate messaging? The kind front desk gentleman offered his mobile hotspot so I could communicate with my parties abroad during my vacation. We confronted management through email and Booking service portal as their physical presence was unavailable. Instead of resolving complaints and admitting inefficiency they level accusations against their guests. Additionally, food is disappointingly subpar, was offered unclean utensils at one instance at breakfast and contacting front desk is met with surliness.
