餐廳跟設施收費真的需要加強
Pros:

1. 以該房價而言，多項設施仍要另外收費，令人遺憾。
2. 飯店餐廳午餐至晚餐的都是單點品項是OK的，但菜單都相同，有失五星飯店的水準。
3. 六月訂房僅說明室外游泳池整修，七月入住時才說明換室內游泳池開始整修，令人遺憾。倘若訂房時就有說明七月要整修室內游泳池，那我就直接選其他飯店，也不會有這些問題。

As a family of four, we thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night stay at Parkview. Highlights include: free shuttle from the train station (they met us at the train station exit with a sign so it was easy to find), delicious breakfast buffet, concierge to schedule tours (they reserved a half day tour of Taroko for us and it was an amazing tour too), Game Center for the kids, indoor and outdoor pools, huge rooms, and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. A few stand outs include Bob, Vic and Jill - thank you!!

We were at the hotel during the April 2024 earthquake. The hotel staff took incredible measures to ensure we were safe even though we were all experiencing the same frightening earthquake. They handed out complimentary food and water, helped us navigate how to leave the area by train, taxi or plane, talked to my family members to answer questions, and ultimately provided us a room to stay an extra night.
