景色優美，員工服務品質高，可舒適渡假的飯店
Pros:

員工親切主動，住客問題都可以馬上解決、中餐廳服務員貼心仔細照顧到客人也相當專業、飯店任一樓層景觀都很美、房間minibar都免費相當佛心、飲水機放在容易取得處方便性高

Cons:

設備有年代感、房門開關相當大聲再輕關仍大聲、走廊隔音不好，房間坪數略小、外面跑動容易聽到、有外籍服務人員中文真的讓我聽不清楚、早餐餐點都偏清淡

房間 還蠻乾淨 面湖看出去景點不錯!

Cons:

1.早餐 餐點還行 但服務人員 收拾的速度太慢! 我們住了兩天 吃兩天早餐 好幾次 吃完 餐盤 放旁邊 都超過10 分鐘 沒有服務人員來收取 ! 反應之後才來收!
2. 彤自助晚餐 裏頭炸醬面 的炸醬 完全沒炸醬香味 有點失望! 餐點豐富度不夠!
3. Ken Can 晚餐 補價差升級2980套餐 ! 但餐點 跟理想中 差距甚大! 調味 跟方式都不如人意! 已立即反應 還好 現場領班 服務及處理不錯! 彌補了 餐點的不足
4. 位置較偏僻 建議 平日飯店可多點 活動

6/22，因為訂了七間房，一間湖景給長輩，六間普通，都在10樓，ㄧ再拜託兩點多讓長輩入住休息，其他房間接近三點陸續給房卡，直到3:14分才給齊房卡入住，櫃檯人員愛搭不理，這是一次非常糟糕的經驗，偏偏是我司招待客人，真是店大欺客的感覺
