Terme da favola in un posto incantevole
Pros:

Pulizia eccellente, struttura ben curata nei dettagli, cena ottima, staff gentilissimo, terme super e le stanze bellissime

Cons:

L'unica punto sfavorevole é la navetta che é presente ma solamente in due orari, mattina presto e metà pomeriggio. Essendo a 3 Km dal centro del paesino la soluzione risulta scomoda

Fantastic stay at Sun Moon Lake
Pros:

We really liked how everything was thought out, and that the staff always had the answers, if we were unsure. We also really liked the location, the food, and the facilities, both within the room, and outside of it.
We used their shuttle-service from Taichung HRT Station, and would happily do so again. We checked in on the shuttle, and our baggage was carried into the main hall by staff, which was just really convenient and a nice experience.
We had booked a bus from Sun Moon Lake (水社）and had planned to take the regular bus over there (the stop is right outside the hotel btw!) but when we told the staff, they offered (read: insisted) to drive us there!
All in all, a very welcoming place, and all the staff were very happy to help!

Cons:

They do offer to launder clothes for you, but you will need to stay longer than we did (2 nights). It did not bother us, but a coin-wash would have been nice to have :)

Schönes Hotel mit gutem Service
Pros:

Das Frühstück war sehr gut mit großer Auswahl chinesischer und europäischer Nahrungsmittel. Die Roof-Top-Bar war prima und insgesamt die Aussicht auch von Balkon des Zimmers. Auch die kostenlose Führung zu den Millionen von Glühwürmchen war beeindruckend
