Pros:

Chambre spacieuse, très belle vue, personnel sympathique. A 2 pas de la plage.

Cons:

La piscine est petite, très peu de place. La chambre est équipée d'une cuisine mais pas de vaisselle ni de quoi nettoyer.
Plus cher que ce que nous avons payé à Rethymnon ou à Heraklion pour une qualité moindre

L'appartement est bien situé face à la mer et le personnel est agréable

Cons:

La cuisine était très mal équipée, très peu de couverts, de verres, d'assiettes... Et j'ai trouvé l'appartement vétuste d'une manière générale.

Pros:

Ήταν η δεύτερη φορά που μείναμε στο κατάλυμα! Ιδανική τοποθεσία, δίπλα στην θάλασσα και κοντά στο κέντρο της πόλης! Μεγάλο δωμάτιο, άνετα κρεβάτια! Η γυναίκα στην ρεσεψιόν πολύ ευγενική!

Cons:

Η πόρτα του μπάνιου δεν έκλεινε. Ο νιπτήρας και το τζάμι της μπανιέρας χρειάζονταν περισσότερο καθάρισμα, καθώς επίσης και το τζάμι της μπαλκονόπορτας. Η πισίνα φαινόταν βρώμικη, είχε φύλλα από τον κήπο δίπλα της ο οποίος ήταν απεριποίητος, και το νερό θολό. Στον χώρο του εστιατορίου είχε αφόρητη ζέστη, η πόρτα και το κλιματιστικό ήταν κλειστά κάθε φορά.

Lovely friendly hotel right in the heart of Agios Nikolais
Pros:

The staff and location were amazing! The all inclusive food was really tasty and the wine was lovely.

Pros:

Viesnīca atrodas ideālā vietā, Agios Nikolaus centrā, tuvu pludmalei, suvenīru veikaliem, netālu var atrast arī auto stāvvietu (bijām sezonas beigās).
Ļoti patika viesnīcas personāls, kurš bija neuzbāzīgs, bet ļoti rūpīgs, iepriekšējie komentāri ir vietā.
Man patika arī ēdināšana, vienkārša, svaiga ar izvēli, bet nepārspīlēta.

Cons:

Dažreiz no rītiem nav siltā ūdens.

Nähe zum Strand. Stadtnah. Das Frühstück war gut.

Cons:

Die Matraze war durchgelegen. Es gab oft kein warmes Wasser. Keine Fenster in den Zimmern (Appartement "Naxos"). Die Balkontüren schlossen nicht richtig, da die Verriegelungen kaputt waren. Dadurch auch kein Schallschutz (ganze Nacht nervigen Pfeifton von einer Lüftungsanlage). Laute Livemusik bei nach Mitternacht vom Lokal gegenüber. Im Bad keine Ablagen und nur ein Haken.

La situation de l'hôtel est parfaite. Nos hôtes, le personnel très agréable et bienveillant 😊
Les parties communes, le restaurant très agréables.
Le buffet petit-déjeuner plus que correct.

Cons:

Difficulté de parking mais vu la situation de l'hôtel c'est normal.
Appartement vétuste, mais propre.
Petit souci rapidement réglé par le geste commercial de notre hôte (geste commercial que je n'ai jamais connu en France...🙏
nous avons séjourné dans une chambre sans vue, plutôt sombre, SDB petite, mais avec quelques rafraîchissements cet établissement sera plus qu'agréable 🌞😍

Loved our 2 day stay at this sea view apartment!

We loved small apartment overlooking the sea. Beautiful front sea view off balcony.
Wonderful friendly helpful staff, Maria so kind. Excellent buffet breakfast, very good staff! Great location so close to sea and tavernas!

Resté une nuit. Pas d'eau chaude donc douche froide le matin, en plus avec une pression médiocre...

Pros:

Location is perfect and hotel is clean and area is quiet at night. Kitroplatia beach was great and many restaurants there.
The soul of the dining room is the lovely Sofia <3 (who works too much!?)
Also the cleaning girl/lady was polite and brisk.
The balcony had a great sea wiew!

Cons:

The hotel is an old building and would definitely need updating for this day including water fixtures (water tap, toilet seat and shower) and led lighting.

Pros:

Edellisellä vierailulla (kauan sitten) oli ongelmia vedenpaineen ja veden lämpötilan kanssa, mutta ei enää. Hotellin sijainti on täydellinen ja merinäköala parvekkeelta upea. Makuuhuone oli hiljainen kun sinne ei kuulunut äänet käytävästä eikä kadulta. Hotellin henkilökunta huomioi mieheni syntymäpäivän, jonka olivat huomanneet annetuista tiedoista. Ei edes pyöreitä vuosia.

Cons:

Viimeisenä yönä saimme makuuhuoneen seinänaapurin, jonka huonekalujen siirtely kaakelilattioilla valvotti illalla ja aamulla. Siivojien toiminta oli hieman kummallista, pyyhkeiden vaihto ei toiminut kuten pitäisi (jos jätti pyyhkeen lattialle, se saatettiin jopa laittaa naulakkoon tai viedä pois, mutta uutta ei tuotu tilalle). Siivoojat pyrkivät huoneeseen myös lähtöaamuna, eli ilmeisesti heillä ei ollut tietoa, että oli meidän lähtöpäivä.
