Ho prenotato una notte al Palazzo Hotel per il mio viaggio nel Peloponneso ma non sono mai riuscita ad andare. Tuttavia, scrivo questa recensione sperando di informare altri clienti sulla mia esperienza di prenotazione. Purtroppo ho effettuato la prenotazione per il mese sbagliato (luglio anziché agosto); Ho capito il mio errore quando l'albergatore mi ha chiamato il giorno della prenotazione per capire dove fossimo. Anche se ho spiegato cosa era successo e ho chiesto la loro comprensione, non erano disposti a modificare la prenotazione. Invece, si sono "offerti" di aiutarmi per un prezzo diverso e solo se avessi pagato in contanti all'arrivo, affermando che mi avrebbero fatto un favore perché non accettano prenotazioni per una sola notte. Ovviamente ho rifiutato e ho contattato il servizio clienti di Expedia; mi hanno informato che l'Hotel si è rifiutato di modificare la prenotazione per mancanza di disponibilità (anche se mi avevano detto che avevano disponibilità per pagamenti in contanti). Sono profondamente delusa da questa esperienza, sia da parte di Expedia che della direzione dell'hotel. Alla fine ho fatto piani alternativi tramite un’altra piattaforma.

Accueil très sympathique, chambre très confortable pour 4, fin Octobre nous étions seuls dans l'hôtel. Petit déj délicieux (confiture d'orange excellente), on s'est fait gâté, merci pour cet accueil par des hôtes aussi chaleureux. Région superbe, sans touriste en fin de saison c'est très authentique, ce coin du Péloponnèse est magnifique: mer, nature, paysages, restos, gens adorables partout.

Nice and quiet spot for a couple to really enjoy their relaxation time away from the city!
Our hosts , Dimitri and Matoula were very friendly and kind people, actually even let us in our room before check-in time(as we arrived earlier)
Many small and clean beqches around the hotwl at walking distance!

Good hotel, nice looking building, friendly staff.

Absolutely charming little hotel, great location with a spectacular restaurant right across the street and a beach for swimming just minutes away.
Highly recommend. Would stay here again without hesitation.
Rooms were clean , beds comfortable and amenities perfect for our needs.

Our stay was amazing ! Very clean property and rooms seconds from the beach, located right at the towns center. Mr Demetri and his wife make you feel right at home and go above and beyond expectations. It’s a must stay location if you are visiting archangelos.

Το δωμάτιο καθαρό αλλά μικρό.υπηρχε μόνο ένα έπιπλο για να ακουμπήσεις τα πράγματα σου αλλά πάνω εκεί ήταν το 17 ιντσών μόνιτορ υπολογιστή που έπαιζε τό ρόλο της τηλεόρασης.
Το κλιματιστικό είχε μέτρια απόδοση.υπηρχε πάρκινγκ αλλά σε μια περιφραγμένη χωμάτινη αλάνα.
Πολύ καλό πρωινό.
Το χειρότερο ήταν το μπάνιο.δεν είχε κουρτίνα και γέμιζες όλο το χώρο νερά.

Είναι στην πλατεία του χωριού και τα έχεις όλα δίπλα σου.Η παραλία είναι στα 20 μέτρα. Οι άνθρωποι είναι πολύ φιλόξενοι .

Annoncer que le Pallazzo se situe à 16km/Monemvassia est scandaleux 32 KM d'une route accidentée"au GPS 45/50 mn minimum.

Esperienza molto positiva, buona l'accoglienza, la proprietaria gestisce direttamente anche il bar delle colazioni staccato di 20 metri dalla struttura ma con una meravigliosa vista sula mare. Camera spartana ma dotata di tutti i servizi necessari, hotel più per viaggiatori che per turisti.Colazione ottima, con servizio al tavolo, armatevi di pazienza ma qui il tempo, visto che si è in vacanza, non è essenziale. Non manca nulla al tavolo della colazione la proprietaria è molto gentile e attenta, disponibile a soddisfare qualsiasi esigenza,basta parlare un po' di inglese. Pulizia molto buona delle camere e cambio lenzuola frequente. Posizione perfetta in quanto fuori della struttura c'è la piazzetta del paese con tutti i servizi. Ci sono due ristoranti, consiglio il ristorante sulla destra uscendo dall'hotel e a destra della zona tavoli colazione. Piatti molto buoni e ottimi prezzi.Sul prezzo nessuna sorpresa, tutto quello che avevamo richiesto a colazione ci è stato ricompreso nel prezzo inizialmente concordato. wi-fi libero ma lento nelle camere, è consigliabile richiedere camere sul retro e non sulla strada, risultano più tranquille. Insomma consigliato senza aspettarsi di più di quello che offre nella presentazione.

Η διαμονή μας στο ξενοδοχείο ήταν άριστη. Όλοι οι χώροι του ήταν καθαροί και προσεγμένοι, Το δωμάτιο αν και λίγο μικρό για εμάς ήταν πολύ καθαρό με καθημερινό άψογο service.( πετσέτες, σεντόνια, κ.λ.π. ). Το πρωινό ήταν πολύ καλό. Όλοι οι εργαζόμενοι αλλά και οι ιδιοκτήτες ήταν πολύ εξυπηρετικοί σε ότι ζητούσαμε και πάντα με το χαμόγελο.
Σίγουρα θα ξαναπάμε. Αξίζει να το επισκεφτείτε. Μπράβο !!!

Superb location, great travel experience for us. Matoula speaks excellent English and is very helpful. Very sad we are only staying for one night.

Nice Hotel in a characteristic fishing village. The hotel is located close to the sea, where there's also a terrace where YOU can have breakfast or eat. Thanks to Matula and Her husband Dimitry for the hospitality....

Very relaxing

Really nice place for spending a vacation next to the sea!
We enjoied the calm and nice village and the beautiful surrounding (for example snorkeling, running, ...). A must if you really like recharging your batteries!
