Niet soepel zijn in het meedenken naar oplossingen.
Situatie: half 8 op werkplek zijn ontbijt is pas van af 7.00 open. Dit betekent voor mij schransen en weg wezen.. het was elke ochtend een strijd om eerder te mogen ontbijten…
Situatie: de lift deed het op zaterdag ochtend pas na 8:00 uur. Deze moet door het personeel geactiveerd worden.. in de nacht staat deze stil…
Een ouder echtpaar van in de 80 konden hierdoor niet naar beneden..zij moesten naar het vliegveld…gebeld met de eigenaar… de lift werd niet eerder dan 8:00 geactiveerd was zijn reactie..
Het was op dat moment 6:45 uur…

Das Hotel hat zum Zentrum und zum Bahnhof eine sehr gute Lage. Es ist sauber, das Personal sehr freundlich. Die Zimmer sind etwas hellhörig.

Netjes maar niet gezellig

Het hotel ligt middenin het centrum, wat erg fijn was.

Cons:

De kamer was erg ongezellig met effen zwarte en witte muren. Kleurloos en niets aan de muur.
Het ontbijtbuffet was goed maar eenvoudig en je moet er van houden om in een zaal te zitten met grote Boeddha afbeeldingen en beelden
