Really good , enjoyable and friendly staff esp the young lad who walks around he was really really helpful

Hotel de tres estrellas

El desayuno bien y la cena también.

La piscina olía mucho a orina, toda la zona hasta llegar a la piscina pequeña muy desagradable a parte no hay ni una sombra pero tampoco suficientes sombrillas para todo el mundo si acaso conté unas seis que por supuesto se las cogen los primeros que bajan tampoco puedes alquilar toallas no existe el servicio así que yo aconsejaría una sombrilla de playa y toallas te llevas las de tu casa esto todos los hoteles de 4 estrellas lo ofrecen, para mí es uno de tres estrellas aunque ese olor de orín más bien es falta de higiene.

Pros:

Le personnel est très accueillant, l’hôtel est très propre , le ménage est fait tout les jours dans les chambres. Sans parler du SPA avec hammam piscine et sauna qui est accessible à moindre coup. Le petit déjeuner est assez copieux et variés pour tout les goût. On reviendra c’est sur!

Cons:

Un peu de bruit dans les couloirs par moment car la porte est pas assez bien isolé mais ce n’est pas trop dérangeant .

Muy buena experiencia
Pros:

Reservamos en este hotel pero nos cambiaron al Costa Daurada por tener el Gran Regina cerrado en Navidad. Las condiciones de la reserva fueron las mismas, por lo que nos ha venido muy bien. Este está más cerca de Port Aventura que era lo que queríamos. A destacar el buffet tanto para la cena como para el desayuno, muy completo y variado. Personal del comedor muy atento a la hora de recoger las mesas, los platos vacíos, etc

Cons:

Al ser tan grande y tan enfocado a familias había un poco de barullo en el comedor.
