Ein traumhaftes Hotel mit perfekter Lage, hervorragendem Service und einem unvergesslichen Blick auf das Meer – wir würd
Pros:

Unser Aufenthalt war einfach fantastisch. Das Hotel hat eine perfekte Lage direkt am Meer und bietet einen atemberaubenden Ausblick. Besonders beeindruckend war, dass man sogar Wale direkt vom Hotel aus beobachten konnte. Das gesamte Personal war außergewöhnlich freundlich, herzlich und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Auch das Essen war hervorragend. Wir haben uns vom ersten bis zum letzten Tag rundum wohlgefühlt.

Cons:

Es gab für uns nichts zu beanstanden. Unser Aufenthalt war rundum gelungen.

Holiday of a lifetime - 5 stars
Pros:

Sunset Mancora was one of the highlights of our holiday in Peru and a genuine five-star experience.

The hotel enjoys an incredible beachfront location where we were lucky enough to watch humpback whales, seals and abundant birdlife directly from the property. Our room was spacious and comfortable for three adults, with a fantastic balcony, excellent bathroom and thoughtful touches including separate towels for the beach and showering.

The food exceeded all expectations. Breakfast was fresh and varied every morning, while dinner was consistently exceptional. We sampled almost the entire menu during our stay and every meal was superb. There were excellent choices for meat, seafood and vegetarian guests, and the bar offered a fantastic selection of cocktails, wines, beers, juices and coffees.

What truly makes this hotel special, however, is the atmosphere created by its people. Pepe, Livio, and their families have created a professional hotel with the warmth and hospitality of a welcoming family home. On our final evening, Pepe’s wife gave me, my wife and our daughter a beautiful handmade set of runes as a good-luck gift for being such good guests. It was a wonderful and completely unexpected gesture that perfectly reflected the generosity and warmth we experienced throughout our stay.

Our biggest thank you goes to Matias, whose service was simply outstanding. Throughout the week he looked after us with genuine warmth, humour and professionalism, never once saying no to any request and often anticipating what we needed before we asked. He even came in on his day off after the hotel had been let down by another member of staff, simply to make sure guests were properly looked after. He is an absolute credit to Sunset Mancora and one of the finest hospitality professionals we have ever met.

We also want to thank Karely, William, Angela, Rosa and Sandra, who all contributed to making our stay so memorable.

Cons:

Honestly, nothing of any significance. Leaving was the hardest part.

Perfekt für einen ruhigen und erholsamen Aufenthalt!

Die Lage ist hervorragend. Sehr ruhig, zu Fuß oder für 10 Soles mit dem Tuk-Tuk ist Mancora City zu erreichen. Das Haus liegt an einem richtig schönen Strandabschnitt. Der Strand ist sauber und lädt zum Spazieren oder Schwimmen ein. Das einzige, was laut ist, sind die Wellen, die ans Ufer rauschen. Perfekter Ort, um sich zu erholen. Meine Zimmer war wunderschön eingerichtet (so wie auch der Rest des Hauses). Überall hängt Kunst - das hat mir auch wirklich gut gefallen. Das Essen war hervorragend (besonders Oktopus auf Quinoa/Avaocado-Salat).

Cons:

Das Frühstück hätte ein wenig abwechslungsreicher sein können (zumindest eine Option mit Müsli wäre toll gewesen).

Vacaciones perfectas en Máncora: comodidad, buen servicio y comida increíble

Me hospedé en el Sunset Máncora durante Semana Santa y la experiencia fue realmente excelente. Desde el inicio se siente un ambiente acogedor y relajante, ideal para desconectarse. Las habitaciones son amplias, cómodas y muy limpias, con una vista increíble que complementa perfectamente la experiencia frente al mar.
Uno de los puntos más destacados, sin duda, es el servicio. Todo el personal, tanto en recepción como en cocina, fue extremadamente amable y atento en todo momento, siempre dispuestos a ayudar y hacer que la estadía sea aún más agradable.
La comida merece una mención aparte: simplemente deliciosa. De hecho, fue tan buena que no provocaba salir a comer a ningún otro lugar, ya que el restaurante del hotel cumplía completamente con todo lo que uno espera (y más).
Además, el hotel tiene una ubicación privilegiada, muy cerca de la playa, lo que permite disfrutar del mar fácilmente, junto con espacios agradables como terrazas y áreas comunes bien cuidadas.
En resumen, es un lugar altamente recomendable para descansar, disfrutar de buena comida y recibir una atención de primer nivel. Sin duda, volvería.

Un séjour au paradis, que dire de plus…
Pros:

Me gustó amanecer en ese paraíso, con el océano y la buena onda que está en ese hotel. Uno se siente acogida. La habitación limpia y grande, la terraza hermosa, y la playa accessible a pie. El desayuno, simple con frutas fresca, el personal con su sonrisa y el sitio hermoso. Todo me gustó. Gracias Matías y el Sunset, me lo pasé muy bien.

No fue lo que esperaba
Pros:

La atención del personal tanto del Bar como del restaurante fue muy cortez y amable.

Cons:

El restaurante tenia horario de atención el cual tampoco respetaban ya que el día que me fui queria almorzar y no habia abierto todavia y ya eran las 12:30. Por otro lado el lugar donde han puesto las pocas poltronas que tienen en la playa estaban al costado de un desagüe y el olor era insoportable, la limpieza en la habitación solo se sientió el fin de semana, que al parecer tenian mas personal, porque los dias de semana que estuve parecia que solo tendian la cama.

La experiencia fue maravillosa. La comida es increíble, realmente todo lo que probamos estaba delicioso y se nota el cuidado en cada plato. El restaurante tiene un ambiente muy agradable y el servicio es excelente. La piscina es perfecta para relajarse, siempre limpia y con un entorno muy bonito que invita a pasar horas disfrutando.
