Pros:

Perfect location nearby bus station and old city, big supermarket 3 minutes walking, nice staff, big room but needs some renovation, fridge and safe deposit in the room, the breakfast is average, not many choices. Ideal for short stay in Santorini while using buses

This property is located in a great area & the outside looks nice. However inside is where they lack. Our room had several gnats flying around, probably due to the water leaking toilet that we brought to the receptionist attention. She said she didn't know what to do but would grab a manager to assist with the issue, however no manager ever came. The shower curtain was old and needed to be changed. And overall the bathroom was just not clean & had a mildew smell. The other issue was the wifi not working. We brought that to the receptionist attention as well, was told a tech would be coming to fix it soon & they also did not show up. Checking in the staff was fine.... It was the complaints that weren't taken care of nor followed up on that makes their rating low.

Pros:

This property is not 5 star in terms of pools, restaurant, lifts or other luxuries. However, nothing was too difficult for the staff. They were friendly, helpful and it felt just like being at home.

Is literally a minute away. The shops, restaurants and Firas stunning view was on our doorstep

Wonderful Stay
Pros:

The staff was so dedicated and really took excellent care of us from having a comfortable room, the amenities we need, breakfast, transport services, the closest restaurant recommendations, and even laundry! They were amazing! Location was perfect, a few steps away from the bus station and the center.

There is not staff at the desk 24 hours- we needed to call to get in. When they arrived they were lovey but we felt left all alone. You are not to flush the toilet paper but no one emptied the trash while we were there. Breakfast is good. Nice room but looking out on a crummy alleyway.

Very basic, but it was just what we needed. Apart from being very basic, it was excellent it all other aspects. Would highly recommend it to anyone. I would definitely stay here again if I wanted to come back to stay in Fira.
