Historische Gemäuer mit lebendigem Umfeld
Pros:

Insgesamt gut. Die Nähe zur Autobahn, zur Bahn - insbesondere nach Lindau - zur Schiffsanlegestelle ist sehr gut. (z. B. Für 4 Euro mit der Bahn auf die Insel Lindau ist super; das Schiff kostet € 9,00.) Das Hotelambiente ist positiv ungewöhnlich - ein Teil ist im Gebäude einer ehemaligen Textilfabrik. Zimmer funktional geräumig und sauber.
Rezeption ist freundlich, bis der Stress einsetzt. Dann kann der Ton auch mal "ruppig" werden.
Parkplätze vor der Tür € 12,00 pro 24 Stunden (fair!) Kaffee gut. Fazit: Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt gut geeignet, verkehrsgünstig (fußläufig) gelegen - auch zur Innenstadt von Bregenz. Mitunter aber lautes Umfeld.

Cons:

Wer auf der Seeseite schläft, hört bis mindestens 22:00 die basslastigen Vibes der Beachbar - was gelinde gesagt nicht nur nervt, sondern geradezu eine Körperverletzung darstellt - der Bass brummt den ganzen Tag, egal wie viele Gäste vor Ort sind ...

Gerne wieder!
Pros:

Ich war für zwei Nächte im JUFA Hotel und insgesamt sehr zufrieden. Das Personal war durchgehend freundlich und zuvorkommend, man hat sich direkt willkommen gefühlt.
Das Zimmer war für meinen Aufenthalt absolut ausreichend und angenehm grosszügig. Besonders positiv ist die Lage: Vom Bahnhof sind es nur wenige Gehminuten bis zum Hotel, und auch der Bodensee ist schnell zu Fuss erreichbar – perfekt für einen kurzen Aufenthalt.
Alles in allem ein angenehmer Aufenthalt, den ich gerne weiterempfehlen kann 👍

Pros:

Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich, das Zimmer (701) groß und komfortabel. Die Lage zum Bahnhof, zum See, zum Hafen, Festspielbühne und in die Stadt ist top. Man ist zu Fuß innerhalb von 10 Minuten zu all den aufgezählten Punkten. Das Frühstücksbuffet war groß und die Auswahl der regionalen Produkte war ausgezeichnet.

De kamer was zeer netjes en ruim. De bedden waren goed en lagen heerlijk. Het ontbijt was zeer uitgebreid en lekker. Aan de receptie was de dame zeer behulpzaam en vriendelijk.

Cons:

Jammer van de trein die 's nachts dichtbij passeert; ik werd telkens terug wakker.

Die Unterkunft punktet in erster Linie durch die unmittelbare Nähe zum Festspielhaus. Einmal über die Straße und man ist quasi schon am Festspielhaus – unschlagbar praktisch.

Sauberkeit: 9/10
Alles war sauber und ordentlich. Das Zimmer entsprach meinen Erwartungen und deckte sich mit den Fotos bei der Buchung.

Komfort: 7/10
Das Einzelzimmer gehört zu den kleinsten Zimmern, in denen ich in den letzten Jahren übernachtet habe. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt jedoch ausreichend.

Ausstattung: 7/10
Begrenzte Parkmöglichkeiten direkt beim Hotel, dafür eine hervorragende Parksituation am Festspielhausparkplatz.

Frühstück: 7/10
Das Frühstücksbuffet war überschaubar, aber ausreichend. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben: der Espresso war absolut genießbar ;)

Fazit:
Eine solide Unterkunft mit unschlagbarer Lage für Festspielbesucher. Kleine Abstriche beim Zimmerkomfort werden durch Sauberkeit und Nähe zum Veranstaltungsort ausgeglichen.
