Pros:

Die Lage ist wirklich sehr, sehr gut. Preislich war das JUFA ebenfalls in Ordnung und dieser entspricht in etwa dem Charme des Objekts. Die Architekten, die diese eigentlich coole, alte Fabrik zum Hotel umgebaut haben, dürften ansonsten Krankenhäuser und Seniorenheime entwerfen. Wir waren im Nebengebäude untergebracht, und sowohl Flur, Zimmer als auch Bad hatten den nüchternen Charme eines Krankenzimmers. Keine unnötige Deko, weiße Wände und Fliesen. Das Beste am Zimmer war der Kosmetikspiegel im Bad.

Cons:

Ich hatte eigens ein Hotel mit eigenem Parkplatz gesucht auf Booking, aber als ich ankam teilte mir das sehr teilnahmslose Personal an der Rezeption mit, dass alle Parkplätze vergeben wären. Ich habe nach Wartelisten gefragt und Alternativen, aber das hat dort niemanden interessiert. Schlussendlich musste ich auf einem gebührenpflichtigen und trotzdem Nachts sehr dunklen, verlassenen und nicht bewachten öffentlichen Parkplatz parken, anstatt am bewachten Hotelparkplatz und konnte deshalb nur schlecht schlafen. Schlecht geschlafen hätte ich aber sowieso, da das dritte Bett im Zimmer (es gab ein schmales Doppelbett und ein Einzelbett) keine Matratze hatte, sondern nur einen Topper, und das Bett hart wie ein Brett war.
Die Klimaanlage war noch nicht in Betrieb, und nachts war die Straße laut bei offenem Fenster.
Die Damen an der Rezeption waren unfreundlich und haben jegliche Herzlichkeit vermissen lassen. Selbst die Eintrittskarten für das Strandbad, mit der JUFA auf booking Werbung macht, wurden uns trotz 30 Grad und nicht funktionierender Klimaanlage nur auf Nachfrage und unwillig gegeben.

Café da manhã muito bom, localização boa, banheiro bom, enxoval bom, cofre.

Cons:

Móveis antigos, sem ar condicionado, sem frigobar, tamanho do quarto, sem amenidades no quarto, fechadura com chave antiga, isolamento acústico não satisfatório, iluminação ruim.

Das Gebäude und die Zimmer sind sehr schön und sehr zentrumsnah. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr fein.

Cons:

Die Bar schliesst um 22:00 Uhr und spätestens 23:00 wird das Licht ohne Kommentar gelöscht. Keine Frage ob man noch einen letzten Drink möchte. Kein Info, dass das Licht gelöscht wird. Das ist nicht sehr Kundenfreundlich.

Sehr gutes Frühstück, Zimmer klein aber sehr sauber. Genau was man erwarten kann. Super Dusche mit exzellentem Wasserdruck. Gemütliche Betten.

Cons:

Leider war das auschecken etwas umständlich. Aber das liegt mehr am Bürokratiestaat Österreich!
