The hotel is OK, but customer service is bad
Cons:

Check in was a disgrace. We arrived at check with 11 people after a long bike ride. There were two check in staff, but only one attending to us, the other was dealing with customer e-mails on her PC as she told us. Awful customer service!

Ich werde dieses Hotel auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und die Auswahl sehr groß. Die Lage ist zentral gelegen um z. Bsp. die Seebühne zu besuchen. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Abends konnte man vor dem Hotel noch überdacht draußen sitzen und etwas trinken.
