Sehr freundliches Personal, gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis, gute Lage, ideal für einen Kurzurlaub

Freundliches Personal, Frühstücksbuffet, Übertragung der WM Spiele in der Hotellobby

Cons:

Zu wenig Steckdosen, Zimmer 208 war etwas klein, Kletterhalle war geschlossen :-(

Stilrent och fräscht alternativ inte långt bort från turiststråket i staden.
Pros:

Kändes som ett stort och väl etablerat hotell. Vi hade vara en natt där dock. Rummet var stort, bra AC, stilrent modernt. Bra frukost och hjälpsam personal. Det var ca 20min promenad bort från turistkärnan.

Cons:

Kan inte komma på något särskilt.

Pros:

L'emplacement : 10 mn à pied du centre historique

Cons:

Le caractère spartiate de la chambre : pas un verre pas une bouteille d'eau laissés à disposition ; dans la salle de bain rien rien rien sauf deux verres à dents.
Parking de l'hôtel est...payant : 13 euros la nuit !

Hotel contemporaneo, adattissimo alle famiglie, con giardino antistante in tranquilla zona residenziale limitrofo al centro. Camera essenziale e pulita. Avevamo richiesto una tripla con matrimoniale più divano letto, purtroppo non ce n'erano più disponibili e ci è stata data una camera con letto a castello, sopra il matrimoniale. Il receptionist, molto gentilmente, si è scusato per il disagio e ci ha dato la possibilità di cambiare stanza, abbiamo apprezzato il gesto.

Cons:

Siamo arrivati a Graz, in giornate di intenso caldo e l'A/C non funzionava in camera. L'abbiamo fatto presente alla reception e l'informazione è stata presa con una totale non curanza, tanto che la sera successiva non funzionava di nuovo. Tanto era stato gentile il primo receptionist, tanto è stata fredda e disinteressata la seconda.

Cons:

Frühstück zwar viel Auswahl, aber wenig Regionalität (z.B. nur Supermarktschnittkäse) an letzten Tag fehlten Früchte.

Gut mit leichten Schwächen
Pros:

Die Kletterhalle und Bolderwand. Eine super Aktivität auch für die kleinen Kinder zum auspowern. Auch der Garten im Freien ist sehr schön und großzügig und lädt zum Entspannen und Verweilen ein.

Cons:

Auf den Fotos sehen die Zimmer viel schöner aus. Verwirrend ist auch, dass das Frühstück extra bezahlt werden muss und nicht im Preis inbegriffen ist.
