Our stay was very enjoyable and we would gladly recommend the hotel.
Pros:

It’s was ideally located in Tralee town centre. The room was very comfortable. The restaurant food was very good and the staff very friendly and helpful. We would be happy to recommend the Grand Hotel.

Charming, family run hotel
Pros:

As a lone female traveler on business I chose the Grand Hotel for the first time in Tralee. It will be my ‘go to’ from now on! I was made feel most welcome by the owner himself who checked back in with me later. Personal attention that is lacking in many modern hotels. Food was great, staff were lovely! I’ll be back!

The room was too far from the reception down many corridors. Receptionist was rude, answered the phone multiple times while I was checking in.

Beautiful hotel with fantastic staff.
Pros:

Fabulous hotel right in the town center. Beautiful rooms what are spotless clean. Great Irish breakfast. All staff was very attentive and friendly. Looking forward staying again in the future.
