Despite the helpful staff and the location, I would not stay there again
Pros:

Good location. Bedrooms small but had been refurbished well. Helpful staff

Cons:

No lift. The luggage was taken up and down by the staff. But for someone well into their eighties the second floor was a long climb

Would happily stay again
Pros:

Fantastic quiet, large family room was provided for our needs. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom was clean and modern. The breakfast is cooked fresh to order, with continental options available buffet style.

Cons:

One of the male staff members in the restaurant was perhaps just having a bad day, but he was so beyond miserable. Not rude or anything, but just clearly wanted to be anywhere else, so made it a little uncomfortable being our server

Well worth the stay and such a beautiful hotel.
Pros:

Great breakfast, clean room and excellent location. A very comfortable stay. The restaurant next door was also great.

Pros:

Excellent restaurant and spacious room. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Modern bathrooms, and overall very clean

Pros:

Albergo old style , ma camera moderna e molto comoda. Bagno con finestra, non è sempre pacifico trovarla, doccia walk in. Silenziosa

Disappointing
Pros:

Location was good

Cons:

No lift is terrible as there are several sets of stairs. Pillows awful. Shower not good as only fixed shower head….no handheld but most disappointed in food served in Bar. My husband got the burger & chips but burger wasn’t cooked….it was raw inside. When he told the waitress, she went to her Manager & she refunded him the difference between a single and double burger ..which was €3! He paid roughly €22 for a burger he didn’t eat.
