Staff very nice and accommodating . lovely decor with very warm & friendly atmosphere
Pros:

Staff were friendly and helpful and accommodated our request for late checkout at no extra charge. Great breakfast. Clean and lovely decor. would recommend this hotel for future visits to Tralee.

Such a comfortable stay here in Tralee! More than happy with choice of this hotel. Lovely room, very nicely decorated, crisp white bed linen, comfortable bed. Staff were very hospitable and more than helpful. Super breakfast. Quiet in room, no outside noise even though room was front facing. Excellent value for money too!

Pros:

The staff were everything about this hotel they could not do enough from the receptionist to the bar staff to the waiters and waitress.. the staff are a credit to the owners of this hotel, J would highly recommend it, The food was fabulous it’s always a good sign to see a restaurant or bar busy for food and they were busy always working with a smile and kind gestures.. staff and food were 💯

I loved my stay at this hotel.
Pros:

This hotel is old and full of charm. The staff were really friendly, the hotel is central to to all amenieties. The room was beautiful, Lovely modern large shower in the bathroom (no bath), the bed was very comfortable and breakfast the following morning was delicious. There's a beautiful park not too far from the hotel and its lovely to walk through.

Cons:

There was no car-park for hotel residents. Only parking on the main street or down narrow back lanes for off street parking. It's not a very well lit area.
