It’s changed in the last 5 years, lost its warmth albeit the receptionist who had been travelling for some years was a credit! Friendly and knew the area and was willing to share

Die Lage war super im Zentrum von Tralee. Die Mitarbeiter eigentlich sehr zuvorkommend

Cons:

Aufgrund von Bauarbeiten mussten wir durch ein Labyrinth im Hotel. Der Weg führte über x Türen und Gänge anstatt den weg von einer Treppe hoch hatten wir ewig. Auf Nachfrage hies es ob wir einen Tisch zum Dinner reservieren mussten es hies nein. Als wir dann Essen wollten bekamen wir einen kleinen runden Tisch für 3 Personen direkt neben der Tür. Hier würde ich schon mehr erwarten wenn sie den Hotelgästen schon sagen es muss nicht reserviert werden.

Pros:

Everything about it but the only thing was there was no lift as I had a friend with us at 70 years of age with a walking stick had to walk 2 flights of stairs which took awhile to get him up

Pros:

Chambre très grande et confortable. Personnel hyper sympa. Très bon petit déjeuner. Emplacement très central dans Tralee, qui n’est pas une si petite ville que ça !
Un parking un peu lointain mais on peut déposer assez facilement ses valises avant d aller se garer
