The location and staff were really helpful reserving a parking space.
Overall the hotel feels tired. Our room was the most expensive of our trip and one of the worst we experienced therefore it was poor value for money. Photos show some flooring that had clearly got damp, cracked and a dirty bath matt had been placed over it to disguise it and a bed sheet that didn’t even fit. When you’re paying £200+ a night you expect better.

Location, character property, reception staff very friendly and helpful. Restaurant food good. Size and decor of room good.
Wardrobe shelves hadn’t been cleaned for a long time. We had to clean before unpacking. Bathroom sink slimy, glasses dirty. Main bedroom areas acceptable but corners dirty.
Restaurant toilets were not cleaned to an acceptable standard. One day they were discussing and unusable until we mentioned it to reception. There was then some improvement.
The restaurant food was good but the outside space was often uninviting. Not much effort made to attract customers. The manager would sit there for long periods day and night with his friend on mobile phone, smoking , doing nothing!!! Not a good look!!!

Location, interior, convenience to parking
Excellent hotel in an old palace with large rooms (including seating area and a desk) in the middle of old town. Breakfast is served on the restaurant on the groundfloor where a certain set can be ordered from (so not buffet style). It is absolutely excellent, both the eggs selections but also the Wagyu wraps. Thd fortress, boat rides, bus station, cable car, everything is very close.
Kotor old town and Hotel Astoria were excellent, a great location with lots to see and do. The breakfast was delicious, lots of choice with friendly and attentive service. The hotel staff were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The hotel was clean, comfortable with spacious rooms.
Kotor did get very busy during the day with cruise ship visitors but the evening was much quieter and enjoyable with great restaurants, bars and shops.
Great location. Everyone was super helpful and very nice.
