Pros:

La ubicación era excelente. El trato recibido por parte de todos los trabajadores fue maravillosa. Llegamos de madrugada y se portaron muy bien. Estaba muy limpio y cuidado. Había agua de cortesía y productos básicos de higiene. Enchufes a ambos lados de la cama. El aire acondicionado funcionaba perfectamente. Nos sentimos seguras en todo momento.

Para mí la cama estaba demasiado dura

Pros:

Hotellets beliggenhed er rigtig god og tæt på alle former for transport. Servicen er meget god, og personalet i receptionen var helt fantastiske og meget hjælpsomme. Morgenmaden var varieret og rigtig god.
Hvis jeg kommer tilbage til Tunis, vil jeg helt sikkert gerne bo på dette hotel igen.

اشكر تونس وأهلها الطيبين الكرماء لكن الحقيقة البلد متأخر والتنمية فيه متراجعة ولا يستحق عناء الزيارة

Location was good.

Cons:

Not attentive staff, shower dirty on corners (all yellow) breakfast room dirty - they just throw crumbles on the floor and push to the corners.
Do not ask transfers from the hotel - they charge double.

They were very helpful with our requests. Great location. Room was good and we apreciate the complimentary water and coffee.

Otelde sigara içilmesi yasak olsa da genel bir sigara kokusu havalandırmadan odalara işliyor. Hafif sigara kokusu olan bir odada kalıyorsunuz
Otelde içme suyu satılmıyor. Geldiğim tarihlerde ülkede şişelenmiş su krizi vardı ve geceyarısindan sonra su satan yer bulamadık. Aynı hafta diğer şehirlerde kaldığım oteller müşterilere satmak için su bulunduruyordu
