Το πρωινό ήταν πάρα πολύ πλούσιο, για όλα τα γούστα. Το προσωπικό ήταν ευγενικό και πολύ εξυπηρετικό. Ο χώρος του πρωινού ήταν πολύ φιλικός. Θα το σύστηνα ανεπιφύλακτα. Το υπόλοιπο προσωπικό ευγενικό και χαμογελαστό.

Cons:

Πιο προσεκτικοί και σχολαστικοί στην καθαριότητα των δωματίων κυρίως.
Θα ήθελα να είχε κλιματισμό και στον διάδρομο, ήταν πολύ δυσάρεστη η αίσθηση να βγαίνεις από το κλιματιζόμενο δωμάτιο στο διάδρομο όπου ή θερμοκρασία ήταν πάνω από 37 βαθμούς

Pros:

La ubicación es inmejorable. A 10 minutos andando de la puerta de la medina. El personal fue muy amable. Nos agendaron un taxi hasta el aeropuerto (8€ persona) y todo fue super bien.
El desayuno bastante variado y con bastantes opciones, aunque es cierto que mucha comida era típica tunecina. Aún así, había un chef en vivo cocinando crepés y tortillas francesas (super!)
La habitación era muy cómoda y espaciosa.
El aire acondicionado funcionaba de maravilla.

Cons:

Al llegar el baño tenía pelos en la ducha. Salvo eso, la habitación estaba limpia.
