Wry nice place perfect view very clean pool the food is great .. the most important thing that the staff are very friendly and nice everyone we meet there are very polite.. start with the house keeping Moustafa and Mohamed from the security and from the kitchen Mr Abdo.. great trip we will be back again soon

The hotel sits on a high point in the Naama Bay with an unbelievable view of the bay and the mountains in the background. Very friendly staff

The food is of bad quality and dry. In the bar they don’t have any Coke Zero or Diet pepsi, so if you don’t want to drink sugar, this is the wrong place for you.

The fridge in the room is not working. They changed it three times, and it’s still not working. The pool is nice, apart from that it’s a two star hotel for a budget. The location is good

Herşeyiyle mükemmel bir konaklamaydı. Konumu olabilecek en iyi konum. Merdivenlerden inince 5 dakikada merkezdesiniz. Çalışanlar çok güler yüzlü, çok kibar insanlar. C'è di meglio allo stesso prezzo, l'unica nota positiva la piscina e l'accesso gratuito alla spiaggia, il resto da dimenticare

This is most perfect perfect sport for that the dirt road. The village with its surrounding food forest and happy smiles and waves upon arrival
Then WOW what a view! Our room a thatched mud hut with an outside shower room. I must add a rather luxurious mud hut

Couldn’t fault this hotel at all apart from the 140 steps going down into the bay. Staff are always polite and friendly . Food was a bit of let down at times but managed to eat well. Would happily go back but would maybe go self catering next time
Ahmed behind the bar was the best staff member there. He made us laugh and made us feel really comfortable with our 2 week stay, 5 stars for him

There is no self laundry on site, there is a 130 stair walk to the beach, they dont change the sheets, mosquitoes get into your room everyday they go in to clean. The curtains are stained, the floors had hair all over in the corners. The pool was clean and nice. The staff is all male and as hard as they try they need a womens touch overall. And the beach is not a beach, sand never touches water, just rocks.

I had a great relaxing time, I opted for breakfast and dinner catering and food was delicious, I tried every single option in the menu.
Nice pool and lots chaises longues to lay down and relax. My next tme in Sharm I will stay at this hotel

Decided on b&b for our 2 week stay as we knew how cheap it was to eat out, and choose to eat what we wanted. First time in over 20 visits to sharm we have not done all incl and glad we did. Breakfast was very basic and only ate 3 times. No fruit just salads. Stuck to dry toast with jam.
We had a lovely room 211 on 1st floor with super king bed. Very clean and comfortable with views to die for of the pool and Naama Bay.
Staff were all amazing and couldnt do enough for us we were well looked after. So friendly and courteous.
The only fault we could mention were the steps and back of hotel to get to and from the bay. We are a couple of nearly 70 years and admit it was a struggle coming back up 139 steps but other than that i would happily return to Eden Rock.
The price we paid for 2 weeks was a great deal.

The bedding was dirty. The inside of the bedding was yellow and old and looked like it had sweat and bodily fluids from different people. When speaking to staff about this they bought another yellow old pillow and I showed them how dirty it was. They said to me it’s okay and I said no this isn’t okay I need clean sheets and insides of bedding too. He proceeded to further try tell me it was clean which overwhelmed me and I burst into tears as I had a six hr flight and reached the hotel around 1am and this didn’t get sorted until 2:30 ish. The WiFi was really bad and I could not contact my loved ones so felt uncomfy for the first few days until I installed my own sim.

Exceptional value for money. We give this hotel top points based on the price paid. In addition, we added 'Half Board' for our meals to get dinner every night. Buffet breakfast included in booking price. With buffet dinner added, there was enough food to keep us happy. This hotel has an awesome chef who comes out to check that guests are content and he personally cooks by the pool on BBQ night.

Amazing sunrises over the Bay with a nice breeze coming off of the ocean. Nice deck around pool. Lots of staff to look after our needs, pool and grounds.

Otel personeli çok iyi yardımsever, özellikle recepsion personeli Ahmet bey bizi çok yardımcı oldu. Tüm yapmak istediğiniz activiteleri organize etti. Otelin anlaşmalı plajı var ücretsiz faydalanabilirsiniz. Manzarası çok güzel Naama bay a tepeden görüyor. Bizim için tek problem 135 basamak merdiven, Çarşı, plaj çok yakın. Otelin ayrıca havuzu mevcut. Sabah kahvaltı açık büfe ancak bizim kahvaltı gibi değil. Akşam yemekleri gayet iyiydi ve açık büfe. Tavsiye ederiz.

Ok, this is a hard hotel to rate, & here's why... The first 2 days were full of issues. My 1st room wasn't ready, so I got moved to another room. This room was terrible! It was in the older part of the hotel as the room needed an actual key to open the door. Firstly the toilet wouldn't flush, when that was fixed the toilet leaked & flooded the floor. That was fixed but then when you flushed the toilet it leaked again. Also the bed sheet had what looked like a blood stain on it & the mini fridge didn't work. The following day I was moved to another room, this time in the main building. On first inspection it looked ok, but the mini fridge didn't work and the patio doors were not fitted well which resulted in quite a bit of noise from outside. I complained about the fridge and it was replaced, although the fridge had electrical tape holding the wires together! In addition to all the issues, there is no free access to the beach. It didn't mention that in the hotel details on Expedia!. If I had known this, I wouldn't have booked the hotel. But, after all this, once everything was fixed, I actually had an ok stay. The hotel itself looks ok. The pool area is nice, as is the reception area and main building. The view of the bay is partially blocked by the back of the Marina Sharm Hotel, so I really wouldn't say it's a great view of the bay, but it's quite good. In general the hotel is ok, but the appliances, fixtures & fittings are poorly maintained.

It’s only our 2 day here and I’m furious. The staff is rude, the room needs some really good cleaning and remodeling as it’s rotten , the furniture is old and the walls are dirty, the toilet seat is filthy and dirty, no soap, no nothing .
We bought all inclusive and when I wanted to take some drinks they told me to pay for them… the food is horrible, they don’t have a proper breakfast buffet, there is no hygiene in this hotel… I’m really disappointed to be honest, I still have to stay here for another week and endure this only because I paid and I won’t get a refund back

I don't know we're I am after reading other people's experiences but I'm definitely not in the same place.
On a glance room looked spotless but on closer inspection it was absolutely rotten, the shower is brutally cold, with scurvy on tiles and all around joins, curtains needed gud clean in fact binned n new 1ss bought they r full ov fag burns, stained, the food well definitely not 4 our taste, being all inclusive we thought we wud save a penny or 2, not on this occasion, alls tha they offer drink wise is vodka, rum and gin, av 2 pay 4 bottles of lager at 300 Egyptian each, only gud thing about this place is the stunning views and location. The sea was warmer than the pool and the worst part was the 139 steps down 2 go beach, shop and bars then 139 steps back up 2 hotel which is not easy wen u av ad a drink. We went 2 hurgharda last yr so we wnt other side this yr n as stunning as Egypt was I definitely won't be going again.
