Pros:

Good location but if you don’t want to stay in the tourist area,it’s annoying to go through all the traffic every day.I like the housekeeping service here,they always did a good job of cleaning but always forgot to refill something like toilet paper,slippers and refuse to give more towels nor water.

Cons:

They took out all the security locks and continued denying the fact they were broken and refused to fix them…I really don’t understand why they do that. The first room shower also splashed water everywhere without proper installation and they didn’t care to fix it at all and lied about there’s no other room available for changing.., Different staff gives different attitude and different answers…

Pros:

The location is excellent, and the reception staff provide great service.

Cons:

The ventilation system should be improved, as there is a smell of cigarette smoke or grilled meat, which seems to come through the air conditioning vents. Entrance to hotel is quite confusing.

Pros:

Comfortable bed, very close to the metro, and all very clean

Cons:

The doors did not have a lock on the inside which as a solo traveler felt very unsafe. I would really feel much more comfortable if they had them. Additionally, the fire alarm went off at 4am and then 4:30am and there was no explanation or causes explained the next day.
