Me cobraron unas bebidas que no consumi, firme un documento por 15 artículos en el mini bar y solo mi hijo consumió una chocolatina y al salir quedaron 14 artículos, al hacer el check out me indica recepción que faltaba una corona y un agua estaba destapada, lo cual no fue así, sin embargo las pague porque debía retirarme

La ubicación y la instalaciones por fuera del hotel son muy lindas

el edificio tiene una humedad terrible huele muy feo los ascensores a humedad, la limpieza de las habitaciones no es oportuna, me pasó que uno de los días me tocaron la puerta a las 8.30 para hacer la habitación y les informé que estaba por salir, salí a los 10 minutos y regresé a las 3 pm y la habitación no estaba arreglada

Desayuno delicioso, piscina limpia y agradable. Los espacios y vistas del hotel son muy lindos. El personal fue muy atento, son muy buenos anfitriones.

Cons:

Falta mejorar el aseo de las zonas húmedas, como baños, duchas y sauna. No pudimos usar el TV, el personal trató de ayudar pero no pudieron hacer nada para arreglarlo.
