Kellemes szálloda, kiváló személyzet.
Pros:

A reggeli bőséges és finom, de egy 5*-os szállodában azért ennél több kellene legyen ( pl: normál kávé, tea választék, friss juice, stb. A személyzet kiválóan végezte a munkáját minden területen. A szobák tiszták voltak, és kényelmesek.
A szálloda elhelyezkedése kiváló, központi helyen van.

Pros:

Totul la superlativ! Am stat 11 nopti. In tot acest timp, personalul a cerificat ce fac, cum sunt si daca am nevoie de ceva, scriindu-mi pe WhatsApp. Cand am cerut un lucru, am primit imediat.
Am fost inițial cazata in camera de fumatori ( pr booking n aveam optiunea de a alege si nici nu stiam ca se poate pana sa ajung aici). Dupa prima noapte mi au scris sa verifice daca sunt ok, le am zis ca ma deranjeaza mirosul de fum si mi au schimbat camera cu una la un etaj de nefumători.
De ziua mea mi au facut surpriza si au venit la usa camerei cu prăjitura, lumanare in ea, si cu cantecul clasic. Am adorat

Отличный завтрак, много разнообразных продуктов. Расположение отеля отличное!

Cons:

Скажите пож-та, персоналу, что нет острой необходимости в проводе гостей до номера и демонстрации выключателей, пульта от телевизора и проч. ради чаевых. Если конечно гость сам об этом не попросил. А если персонал сам пожелал это сделать, не стоит демонстративно ждать чаевых, а при неполучении всем видом показывать недовольство. Бывает, что гость заехал поздно ночью, уставший, без тяжелых чемоданов, без наличных в кармане.

The place to stay
Pros:

Great hotel. The one you need to explore the SPA and relax enjoying massage or hammam. Just find 2 hours in your busy schedule and feel like after a week vacation. It restores absolutely! I was there just one day but will definitely stay there again.
