Ankara'nın Küresel Yüzü
Pros:

5 yıldızdan fazlasını hak eden bir otel. Odaların ses yalıtımı dikkat çekiciydi, kahvaltı seçenekleri özenle seçilmişti, otelin servisi her aşamada hızlı ve kaliteliydi, personel ise son derece kibardı. Konumu şehrin tam merkezinde olduğu için her yere ulaşmak kolaydı. Ayrıca farklı kıtalardan gelen misafirleri bir arada görmek hoştu; bu yönüyle otel sadece bir konaklama noktası değil, küçük bir dünya modeli gibiydi. Gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ederim.

if not the basically lack of Wi–Fi, it would be a great stay
Pros:

good location, variety of food for breakfast, nice staff, spa was practically empty

Cons:

WI–FI ALMOST DIDN'T EXIST, 90% of time I had to use my own mobile data; after i told that to the customer service, they promised to inform the IT, but it was only getting worse later

Erg vriendelijk en behulpzame mensen
Pros:

Locatie was erg goed en onze kamer was keurig schoon.

Cons:

Het parkeren was in het begin wel een probleem. Er was geen duidelijke parkeerplek. We mochten daarna wel voor de deur parkeren dus dat werd wel snel opgelost.
Gym is pas om 10 uur in de ochtend open en onze badkamer was aan de kleine kant.

Herşey mükemmeldi, otelin konumu, personelin tamamı, özellikle güvenlik sorumlusu Erdal bey çok yakından ilgilendi, herkese teşekkür ederim. Ankara'ya geldiğimde yine burada kalacağım.

Cons:

Personelin yok ilgili olması. Kizilaya birkaç yüz metre mesafede olması. Spa daki Fin saunasi harikaydı.

Uncomfortable to sleep but the rest is good
Pros:

Good location. Very good staff. Nice and big room.

Cons:

The bed was the smallest bed I’ve ever seen. My husband and I had to squeeze in. Extremely uncomfortable. Very big room but very small bed. It’s definitely not suitable for 2 people.

Nous avons passé une nuit dans cet hôtel et cette visite était plutôt agréable.
Pros:

Le petit déjeuner était excellent, l’hôtel était joliment décoré, le personnel est attentionné et la literie était très confortable nous avons eu des petits macarons à notre arrivée.

Cons:

Le sauna et le hammam était extrêmement chaud, nous avons l’habitude d’aller dans des spa, mais celui-ci était vraiment trop chaud. Peut-être est-il mal réglé ? De plus, la salle de bain avait un dysfonctionnement au niveau de la porte de la douche ainsi que le pommeau de douche ne fonctionnait pas.
