Pros:

Everything was excellent. The employees were very nice and always greeted me with a smile but they responded to my every request. The hospitality was amazing.

Pros:

Very good ratio of money and service what you get. Good location. No noisy neighbors. Nice part opposite the hotel where you can walk or relax. Compared to my previous stay the place is more clean.
Rich dinner buffee and reasonable breakfast (a bit unusual for me but I suppose according to local kitchen it was ok)

Cons:

You could have wider assortment of coffee selection. I do understand that local people are very proud on their Turkish coffee but I would like to have option to choose something lighter. So one automatic coffee machine would be needed.

Pros:

Завтрак прекрасный, удобное расположение (до основных достопримечательностей можно дойти пешком, но и транспорт останавливается в непосредственной близости).

Cons:

У нас был угловой номер на 3-м этаже с несколькими окнами на перекресток и панорамным остеклением, а ночью под окнами активно велись дорожные работы, поэтому было немного шумно. Кажется, что нам просто не повезло, и без этого ремонта было бы вполне нормально.

Sehr schönes Hotel in allerbester Lage.
Pros:

Extrem gute Lage, 5 Gehminuten vom Zentrum, direkt an der Metro. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr vielfältig und von bester Qualität.

Soggiorno piuttosto deludente, con standard molto lontani da un hotel cinque stelle
Pros:

La posizione dell’hotel è abbastanza comoda per visitare Ankara, grazie alla vicinanza della metro e dei mezzi pubblici. Abbiamo apprezzato anche la zona spa, che nel complesso era ok, e il personale si è dimostrato disponibile nel risolvere rapidamente un problema con il lavandino della camera.

Cons:

Purtroppo il soggiorno non è stato all’altezza delle aspettative per un hotel che si presenta come 5 stelle. L’hotel si trova su una strada molto trafficata e le finestre sono poco insonorizzate: durante la notte si sentivano chiaramente sirene e clacson. Letti troppo morbidi e cuscini piuttosto scomodi. La palestra era chiusa per lavori di riparazione, cosa che non ci era stata comunicata prima della prenotazione, così come altre aree dell’hotel in manutenzione. Anche la spa avrebbe bisogno di essere rimodernata e una delle docce aveva un cattivo odore. In generale anche la colazione ci è sembrata piuttosto deludente per un 5 stelle, senza nemmeno la possibilità di avere un espresso o un cappuccino (solo caffe filtrato).

Открывать спорт зал раньше и сделать нормальный интернет.

Ужасно шумно, звукоизоляция плохая. ( выспаться не удалось)
Тренажерный работает с 10:00.
Вай не работает нормально, приходилось отключать и пользоваться мобильным. Часто даже сообщения не уходили.
