Pros:

When the pool was open it was a good send after a day of site seeing

I was placed on floor that had smokers. The hallway had the stench of cigarette smoke.

Pros:

Very clean room and extremely large. Facilities in the room were great. Breakfast was ok. The hotel seem to cater for business trip (unsure if it would suit a family with children).

Cons:

Credit card machine didn't work had to go to arm to pay by cash. Price is very expensive for the hotel. Not sure if the location, as I was there only for 1 day before my flight.

Beautiful hotel lovely experience courteous staff
Pros:

The hotel is very nice, clean and well maintained. Staff is courteous and caring. They actually called me one night to check on me because I had not ordered dinner.

Rooms are very comfortable and the food is delicious.

They have a spa that offers services at very reasonable prices. Pool and fitness facilities are well maintained too.

I would recommend the hotel to anyone staying in this part of Bangalore.
