Skvělý hotel na úrovni, personál velmi vstřícný a bohaté snídaně
Pros:

Vše bylo parádní. Byly jsme s kamarádkou na odpočinkovém výletě a splnilo to všechna naše očekávání. Jako bonus byly perfektní i snídaně.

Personál byl příjemný, snídaně byly dobré, parkování bylo bez problémů a fitness bylo také na velmi dobré úrovni

Cons:

Bohužel celkový dojem výrazně zhoršil hluk v hotelu během noci až do ranních hodin. Nešlo o běžné zvuky z okolních pokojů, které člověk v hotelu do určité míry očekává, ale o velmi intenzivní rány, dupání a hluk, pravděpodobně od dětí ponechaných samotných na pokoji. Hluk byl natolik výrazný, že si na něj podle všeho stěžovalo více pokojů.
Odhlučnění pokojů je bohužel velmi slabé, prakticky je slyšet téměř vše. V takové situaci bych očekával alespoň nějaké vstřícné gesto ze strany hotelu — například drink, kávu, parkování zdarma nebo jinou drobnou kompenzaci. Místo toho zazněla pouze naučená věta při check-outu typu „hm, to je nám líto, nashledanou“...

Pros:

Výborná lokalita, čistá izba, naozaj bohaté a chutné raňajky, všetci zo zamestnancov boli príjemní a usmiati. Cítili sme sa skvele a určite sa zastavíme opäť.

Great hotel. It's close to the Old Town (less than a 15-minute walk), which is absolutely stunning.
Pros:

Great location, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We were traveling with a small dog. Since we weren’t allowed to bring the dog into the restaurant, we were able to eat in our room, and room service was free.

Cons:

For people traveling with a dog, it would be great if they could eat in a separate area of the restaurant or at the bar, like in Italy, for example.
