Tolles Hotel - habe mich wohlgefühlt.
Pros:

Tolles zentrales Hotel. Da ich nur eine Nacht dort und dir restliche Zeit verplant war konnte ich leider weder den Pool noch den Wellnessbereich nutzen - muss wohl wieder mal dort hin. Frühstücksangebot sehr gut. Alles da was das Herz begehrte. Sehr freundliches Personal. Es wurde mir ungefragt ein Upgrade in die nächste Zimmerkategorie angeboten. 👍

Cons:

Stühle im Empfangsbereich beim Kamin schon etwas abgewohnt.

Pros:

Surclassement dans une chambre très spacieuse et climatisée.
Petit déjeuner copieux, bon et diversifié.
Piscine extérieure très agréable avec possibilité de commander au bar.
Hôtel agréable avec une décoration soignée
Parking privé en dessous de l hôtel très appréciable en centre ville.
Atmosphère tranquille et apaisante, y compris a la piscine.
Personnel très professionnel.

Cons:

Comme souvent en Autriche, il manque une cafetière dans la chambre et des chaussons, d autant plus quand il y a une piscine.
Rien n est traduit en anglais, y compris le livret d accueil.

Das Essen war sehr lecker und das Ambiente war sehr gemütlich und liebevoll. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und groß. Wir waren mit allem sehr zufrieden.

Cons:

Es gab einen älteren Kellner. Als ich ihm eine Frage stellte, antwortete er uns auf eine unfreundliche und respektlose Art. Dabei wollte ich nur wissen, wo wir unseren Kaffee bekommen können.

Anschließend ging ich zur Rezeption. Die junge Mitarbeiterin dort war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und erklärte uns alles.

Mir fiel außerdem auf, dass er sich um andere Gäste sehr freundlich und herzlich kümmerte. Er fragte sie immer wieder, ob sie noch etwas möchten, ob alles in Ordnung sei oder ob sie einen weiteren Wunsch hätten. Uns gegenüber hingegen war er kühl, zeigte ein missmutiges Gesicht und behandelte uns deutlich anders.

Nachdem wir unseren Kaffee geholt hatten, fragten wir denselben Kellner, ob wir uns damit draußen hinsetzen dürften. Er drehte sich zu mir um und sagte laut und in einem herablassenden Ton: „Zu welcher Kategorie gehören Sie? Verhalten Sie sich entsprechend.“

Das war sehr verletzend und erniedrigend. Einige seiner Kollegen standen daneben und lachten über uns. Das war wirklich eine sehr unangenehme und befremdliche Situation.

Alle anderen Mitarbeiter waren freundlich, herzlich und zuvorkommend. Nur dieser ältere Kellner hat mir den Aufenthalt verdorben.

Würde ich noch einmal dorthin fahren? Nein.
