Solo traveller city break
Pros:

Great location near the main square in an old tenement building with great character. Very friendly, helpful staff and comfortable, clean room. My 3rd time staying there.

Spacious stay in a great location, but limited soundproofing
Pros:

The property is located in a beautiful old building with high ceilings and a spacious, clean interior. The air conditioning worked well, and the location was excellent. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. We also appreciated being allowed to check in about an hour early and check out about an hour later.

Cons:

The soundproofing is limited, so noise from trams and neighbouring rooms is noticeable. There are also no blackout curtains, which means the room becomes quite bright early in the morning.

Excellent accommodation in a very convenient location in Krakow.
Pros:

The location is excellent! It is conveniently close to the Krakow Old Town, right on the tram route, walking distance from the main station (or a short Uber ride), etc.
The hotel is beautifully appointed. Our room was spacious and had a small balcony which even featured a table and two chairs. The bathroom was luxuriously fitted and spacious by European standards, and luxurious toiletries were provided.
The room, linen and bathroom were spotlessly clean - this was a very important criterion for us.
The best part, however, was the coffee, purified cold water and snacks that were available in the corridor. It was a blessing to just step out of the room and grab freshly brewed coffee and a snack at any time of the day or night!

One evening it seemed that it was going to rain; the umbrellas in the foyer were a really welcome feature. You use it for free and put it back in its place upon your return.

We had a special need in the form of critically important medication that has to be kept refrigerated. For that purpose we also carry two ice bricks with us to keep the medication cooled when we travel between destinations. The ice bricks need to be frozen. The owner went out of his way to accommodate us in this respect and came up with a very practical solution to keep our ice bricks frozen and accessible. We highly appreciated this.

Note that there is no elevator. However, we left our luggage at reception when we arrived (well before check-in time) and went exploring the beautiful Krakow Old Town. By the time we returned to the hotel after check-in time, the owner had already carried our luggage up to our room so we didn't have to do it ourselves.

We would highly recommend Aparthotel Maria in Krakow and would definitely stay there again if we ever have the opportunity to visit Krakow again.

Buona sistemazione nel cuore di Cravocia. Posizione e rapporto qualità prezzo ottimi!
Pros:

La posizione è fantastica! A 2 passi dal Barbakan, dalla porta di San Floriano, il museo Czartoryski e dalle strade principali che portano alla strepitosa piazza centrale. Anche la stazione non è molto distante. La proprietaria è stata molto gentile e disponibile. La stanza confortevole e pulita. Per essere in pieno centro, il prezzo pagato è veramente ottimo!

Cons:

Non essendo un hotel, ho dovuto contrattare per poter lasciare le valigie in struttura dopo il check out. Ma comunque alla fine il problema si è risolto

Pros:

Very nice aparthotel few steps away from old town. The whole historical building is beautiful, perfectly decorated and climitised (which was a blessing during our summer stay). The room had everything we needed and well insulated from outside noise and heat. The manager was very kind and helped us very much. We enjoyed our stay and we would come back.

Pros:

路面電車就在飯店前面，很方便。慢慢散步走路去老城區只需10分鐘。
房間很寬闊，3人房可完整打開行李廂。我們3人一人一張床，睡得很舒適。
茶水區的茶包、甜點餅乾、咖啡可自由免費取用，我們有使用~太好了！
因行程超過服務人員的上班時間（18時），有提前告知會晚到，一定會入住。謝謝房務人員使用訊息回覆、明確告知自行入住的方式。也因行程要提早離開，也順利自行退房。
對了，有「冷氣」😁。氣候很舒適（有點涼冷），所以沒有使用。也有冰箱！

Pros:

Very convenient location near train station and old town. Good room size. Clean. Good air con. Very friendly and helpful host/staff. They helped us with our bags storage last day afternoon too. Filtered water and snacks in the shared area. Can get fresh towel and soup from there too. Very good attentions to details.

Cons:

We didn't require room cleaning service during our stay. Wood floor a bit creaky maybe because old. Not issues for us anyway
