The beautiful, large garden area where you can eat. The beautiful nature theme outside and the beauty and cleanliness inside. Great breakfast. Staff waited for my late check-in and we're pleasant about it.

Great location
Pros:

Location was good. Air conditioning worked great! Staff was super helpful and arranged taxis. Breakfast had many options. Negatives were no toiletries. Only body wash/shampoo combo. No conditioner or lotion etc. Steps are steep to second floor in the family suite and we had to side step to get down. Pretty garden but too many biting ants to use.

Pros:

This hotel never ceases to amaze. Incredible rooms, fantastic location around city centre and staff that makes you smile. This is our third time visiting, first with our teenage daughters, and the split level bedroom on top was a great surprise. Loved it and will definitely visit again.

מקום מדהים, מאוד יפה ומטופח, האשת צוות שקבלה אותנו הייתה מדהימה ומאוד נםמדה ולבבית, עשו לנו כביסה ללא תשלום, אנשים ממש טובים

הדרך עם המזוודות קצת מסורבלת מהנמל, יש עליה, אבל ממש לא נורא, בכדי להגיע לחדר יש מדרגות ואין מעלית, וזה היה קצת קשה להסתדר עם המזוודות הכבדות, לא היה שם איש צוות גבר שיכל לעזור לנו, גם בכניסה וגם ביציאה, הארוחת בוקר מאוד פשוטה
