The staff were you extremely professional and helpful. We leveraged the available laundry area and it functioned well and had many units available for use.
Our accommodation was spacious to not feel like we were on top of one another and was clean and tasteful.
We didn’t use the parking or restaurant; however, both areas were clean and presentable when we observed them on a walkabout.
The elevator was extremely busy due to construction. The staff and hotel communicated this well and we were prepared for it.
Great stay. Well designed and modern room, we had room 208. Some rooms do not have a window. The shower is fantastic! The breakfast is surprisingly good with both western and Asian choices. The staff is very professional and thoughtful.

１日だけ部屋のゴミ箱の片付け忘れがあったようで結構満杯のゴミがそのままでした。

Easy to get to on the MRT line, great location, 7/11 next door and across from a huge Park, can see birds, turtles and squirrels as well as the locals socialising and exercising. Impressive breakfast selection, laundry and free snacks/cold drinks.

The Dandy Hotel hits the sweet spot for travelers. Not an international chain with name recognition, the Dandy Hotel offers comparable level of service at affordable price. More upscale than most local properties it has all the amenities you need. The breakfast is solid and consistent offering a local menu as well as western continental breakfast options. The menu is limited for longer stays as your rotate through familiar offerings. The rooms are clean and for an urban setting spacious enough.
The TVs offer complimentary streaming movies of recent offerings and classics. Also the daily replenishment of snacks is a nice touch. They also provide Taiwanese snacks which introduce guests to the local tastes.
The only concerns I have the rooms with bathtubs have very deep bathtubs that may be challenging for older patrons and the wi-fi and internet can be spotty at times. But you are there to be in Taipei not in your room, so often you would see patrons using the lobby wifi which was more reliable.
The location is fantastic with an MRT stop right there and a short walk to two stations if you want to avoid switching lines. It being located at DaAn Park makes it very pleasant. Overall a solid hotel, a little pricier than other options in the area but the reliable service and friendliness of the staff justifies it. If you need to be in central Taipei worth considering.
