Ken, Soui, James, and the entire team were an absolute pleasure to interact with throughout my stay. As the only Vietnamese guest at the hotel that week, I truly appreciated how Ken went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable and well taken care of. The concierge team was exceptional, and every staff member I encountered was genuinely kind, welcoming, and professional. Their hospitality made my trip to Taipei even more memorable. I will definitely choose to stay here again the next time I visit Taipei :)

Dandy Hotel is not only conveniently located next to a metro station, but it also has an exceptional staff that truly cares about its guests.
When I arrived in Taiwan, I had trouble activating the eSIM on my cellphone. Victoria patiently spent more than 30 minutes helping me troubleshoot the issue. She even contacted the eSIM support team on my behalf and successfully got my phone working.
Having a functioning cellphone was essential for navigating Taiwan, and it became an indispensable travel companion throughout my trip. I sincerely appreciate Victoria's kindness, patience, and dedication.
Because of this wonderful experience, I would happily stay at Dandy Hotel again the next time I visit Taipei.
I had a wonderful stay at Dandy Hotel! The room was very confortable and clean, with everything I needed. I enjoyed the breakfast, especially the amazing fruits! The location is perfect, very close MRT, to nice restaurants, shops and a beautiful park. I particularly appreciated the welcoming and kindness of the staff of the hotel. I would be very happy to stay again there.
