Na szczególną uwagę i pochwałę zasługuje tam w pierwszej kolejności EDGARDO POLIDO, który mówił po angielsku i był dla nas bardzo pomocny. W drugiej kolejności bardzo chciał nam pomóc Botones JHONATAN. Tylko tym dwóm pracownikom zawdzięczamy, że nasz pobyt nie był maksymalnie stresujący.

Cons:

Bardzo istotną wadą hotelu Zuana jest to, że prawie nikt nie mówi tam po angielsku. Jak to jest możliwe, że w hotelu pięciogwiazdkowym nie można się porozumieć w tym języku np. w recepcji?
Jest kilka restauracji, i co z tego, skoro menu jest tylko po hiszpańsku a kelnerzy nie znają ani jednego angielskiego słowa. Gdybym wiedziała, że jest to hotel tylko dla osób hiszpańskojęzycznych, napewno bym go nie zarezerwowała a nasz pobyt nie byłby aż tak bardzo stresujący.
