La comodidad, el buen mantenimiento de la instalaciones y la amabilidad de sus empleados.

Cons:

En general todo estuvo muy bien, sin embargo, recomendaría controlar el uso de las mesas y asoleadoras, ya que los huéspedes desde las 7 u 8 am dejan las toallas o pertenencias reservando las sillas para todo el día así no permanezca allí, quitando la oportunidad que otros las podamos usar.

Agradable
Pros:

Me encanto la atencion del personal, fueron muy amables. La piscina estaba muy limpia y el acceso a la playa muy comodo y cercano.

Cons:

No me gusto mucho la habitación. Las instalaciones se sienten un poco viejas. La habitación tenia un olor desagradable al entrar y habia una cucaracha muerta. Habian mosquitos. Siento que deben mejorar.

EL inodoro de la SUITE que nos dieron estuvo tapado durante los 4 días de nuestra estancia... tuvimos que llamar a mantenimiento cada día para que lo destaparan !!!

The beach and pool area. Nice and friendly staff.

Cons:

I have been in my trip to 5 big hotels in the area (all 4 and 5 star hotels).
I am a foreigner that made the booking so no IVA payment needed. Zuana was the only hotel were my friend (Colombian) was charged to pay the IVA. In all other hotels they did not charge because I was the person that made the booking. I my opinion they made a mistake in this.
