Please note the following information about access to the property:

In summer:
The hotel has a private access road. Parking is available at the hotel at an additional cost. Alternatively, guests can use the free parking spaces next to the Garfrescha elevator station and use the chair elevator to reach the hotel. Please note that in the dark, the road becomes too dangerous. Please make sure to reach the property before sunset.

Please note that there are not enough parking spaces for all guests on the mountain. Parking spaces are assigned on a first come first served basis. You can always drive up to the hotel to unload and load luggage, but you may have to park in the valley. Therefore the latest check-in time is set for 15:30 to allow guests time to drive their car back down to the valley and take the chair elevator to the property.

In winter:
The hotel can only be reached by the Gafrescha chair elevator at a surcharge. From the upper terminus, it is a short walk to reach the property. Please note that the last run of the chair elevator is at 16:15. It is not possible to reach the property after 16:15 with the chair elevator. The property will send you an e-mail after booking with detailed instructions, also regarding the transportation of your luggage.

Please note that the restaurant does not serve à la carte in the evening. A dinner menu for half-board is available.This property is accessible by an unpaved road, which might not be suitable for some vehicles.

Personal immer sehr freundlich, Abendessen naja
Pros:

Alles Personal war immer sehr freundlich. Frühstück war okay und ausreichend.
Der Gepäcktransport mit dem Materiallift hat relativ gut funktioniert.
Die Lage im Skigebiet ist wirklich sehr gut.

Cons:

In unserem Familienzimmer fehlte es etwas an Einrichtung. Das Abendessen war überteuert bzw. Preis Leistung war nicht gut.

Tolle Lage mit Jugendherbergscharakter
Pros:

Die Lage ist absolut traumhaft, die Terrasse auch! Auch die Zimmer fanden wir einfach, aber gemütlich. Die Anfahrt abenteuerlich, aber auch schön! Das Personal sehr nett.

Cons:

Insgesamt hat alles eher Jugendherbergscharakter, das Abendessen ging so. Alternativen gibt es nicht. Der daneben liegende Vermala-Wirt (ehemals Brunellawirt) macht abends kleine Karte mit Schnellimbiss, dafür Disco, keine Empfehlung.

het betreft een prachtige locatie midden op de piste
na het uitgebreide ontbijt doe je skischoenen aan en zet je je skies buiten de deur en weg ben je
de kamers zijn niet super luxe , maar alles wat aanwezig moet zijn is er ook

het personeel is zeer behulpzaam en vriendelijk
de hele uitstraling heeft veel van een sporthotel met iedere avond een verrassend en royaal en lekker buffet

ga je voor het een sportieve vakantie op een unieke plek voor een zeer billijke prijs dan zit je hier goed

Skifahren ab Hotel in Gafrescha

Tolles Frühstücks- und Abendessen-Buffet.
Lage direkt an der Skipiste.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, man ist aber bemüht, alles gut und ordentlich zu machen.
Eine Minibar im Zimmer und Zugang zu Kaffee/Heißgetränken für Hotelgäste wäre schön.
Transfer vom Lift zum Hotel und retour wäre schön und praktisch.
Künftig würden wir direkt übers Hotel buchen, da günstigere Preise, vor allem für Halbpension.
